Replacement of wheel
I purchased a winter cooler on 27.4.2016 from vasundhara, Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh) Tel. No. 01204134200 but after two or three days their wheel discharge (out of cooler) from cooler. Approaching many time seller but no taken favourable action. Regarding this problem I also approaching customer care they provide me service no. gh-ds-14e 16046 but very sorry to say this type of problem still pending why? Pl. look the matter and solve this problem on URGENT basis.

Pump motor is not working
Dear sir / Mam. i have call several times to customer for service of my Storm 70i cooler of symphony but not a single service engineer will come to resolve the problem. Very sorry to say a poor service of symphony cooler. Kindly resolve as soon as possible.. Contact no 7011369780.
