We were complaining from three days but they are not comeing. I complained in consumer forum they suggested to me you send an email for complain then we will take an action.

I have taken your AMC since 19.06.2016. Nobody come from your center to check it since last 7 months. When my system became off I complaint. Then what the use of AMC given. You must check periodically without call. I am not happy with your services.

BAD SERVICE!! Our RO was not functioning well. So, we called an engineer to repair it. He changed all parts of RO and repaired it. After 1 or 2 hrs it stopped functioning. So we complained again. They said that we will send him immediately, we waited for 5 hrs nobody came. So we complained again, then we waited for more 5 hrs nobody came. he came after one day, he repaired it . After 10 or 12 days, we complained again. when he came first time he said that till between 15 days if your RO we will repair it for free now they are asking money to repair. First time i payed 5000RS but not satisfied with services. Very very very disappointed from services.

We filed the complain before 2 months ago in our Kent purifier's warranty date from I files the complain here today (26/6/2017). and a service man came & check them. He told us these filters are spoiled but he putting many type of excuses and said to us i'll come and change next time but he didn't came. Now they come today & said that these are not in warranty date the date is up-to 1 month.

WTF is this your services now i am waiting for your response for some 4 to 5 days only because now the matter is goes to up to the head ,you'll don't take any actions about it i'll go to the CONSUMER COURT with all the proofs against you i have and complain about you.

I hope you'll take action and satisfied us.

In the R.O system there is two filter and one membrane are install for filtration of water. But Kent technician connect the water connection in R.O without filter. he connect the supply in membrane directly. due to that the water quality of R.O is not good. these type of service they are providing.

I have call to customer care service and also send a email but I have not received any response from there side.

I have purchased one Kent Pride KR 1803042330 Water purifier from Kitchen Gallery, 69 Naity Road, Konnagar, Hoogly. PIN- 712246. in the name of Rita Saha Mob no-9433895528. on 25.05.18, installed on 27.05.18. It became defective on 04.06.18 complain lodged on 08.06.18 ( no- 180608-08046) & rectified by replacing the pump by old repaired one on 10.06.18 . Again it became defective on 16.06.18, complain lodged on18.06.18 (180618-04039). rectified on 19.05.18 by replacing one very old one Electrial parts. In this way all new parts are replaced by old repaired local parts. So, what is the use of new purchase.

I want to enlighten upon wastage occurred by water purifiers which can be controlled by giving free water collector bucket or any other storage material which helps store waste water and would have been used for many purposes. Overall kent is the best filter. PLZ SAVE WATER.

Hello, This is to inform you that I bought RO from Vijay Sales Gurgaon with 2 years of warranty. Just to reiterate RO is not working from past one month and no action or resolve the issue by Kent team. One person visited and told me upfront that he will not resolve until I pay him Rs 2700. When I denied to pay. he rudely told me that he will not do anything.

Mr.Nageswara Rao-9441226248 who is attended for complaint with Regd 190329-01579 has not been made service properly. The complaint against the leakage of water from the filter as well as from the tap connection to filter is not rectified. He fixed the motor only and he has not rectified the water leakage from tap to filter. When I asked him do the needful to arrest the leakage of water from the tap to filter, but he simply informed to me that make another service call to the service centre to do the other work. However he collected service charges for Rs.300/-, It is clear evident that the Kent company is not providing the service properly to the customer. So, make assure and give good service by sending the correct technician to rectify the complaint at a time for one service call otherwise it is cheating the custmers to collect service charges for one complaint with multiple calls with multiple register numbers and avoid the unhealthy procedure.

I got my kent water filter repaired in feb19 where the technician changed filters n smps n costed rs 5000/ now it is troubling and called for technician for which he told me that main filter to be replaced which costs 3000. This is almost costing a new water filter cost. I am not happy with this. Is it problem of service or spares. Whom should i ask?

I installed Kent RO 1nd half yr back. It stopped working this yr in the month of March ur service boy came nd checked nd said to change the filter I said okay change. Again after 5 months it stopped working ur service boy came nd said same to change the filter. I just want to know, whether ur service boy knows anything other then changing filter. Stop fooling ur customers.

i bought kent water purifier on august 2022. but now its now working and i did not get my warranty card and invoice also. Now what can i do? very bad.

My water filter required service in the 5th month after purchase as the water flow was thin. Technician refused saying that it is not serviced but totally replaced after 6 months. Now after 6 months they want charges. Is your service system a fraud?

My Kent RO service (filter changed) was done on 22/Aug/2023. However I haven't received the bill for the same inspite of following up many times. The service was done by sant nagar branch and technician name was Malkhan. Request you to please look into the same at the earliest and share the invoice.

I am very unsatisfied with your services. I installed KENT RO 4 years back, first 3 years there was no issue, we called your service center for the general health check, and your service boy came and suggested changing the filters, that time onwards we have been facing the issue every 3 to 6 months. We spent more than 20K. every time your service boys are cheating us and changing the filters every time. Finally, we decided to buy a new machine except KENT RO.

I have bought the Kent RO Grand Star. I have face the issue of machine not proper working since Two months, I have request for service, after that technician visit at my address he told us change the RO membrane but the Machine display shows the error of UV failure, I had ask the technician to that error and your suggestion is different then he told me Sir I am newly join Kent services so I have no full knowledge about this machine.and my service request has been cancelled without any inform me.

My experience that will not Purchase this RO product because Kent ro technician is uneducated and not experienced. There service is very poor.
