AOC customer care services are very poor. AOC products are also not good. To repair your product we would have to call again and again but no one will visit. To buy a product of AOC is just the wastage of money. I registered complaint twice on customer care, 1st complaint on 18th april, complaint no.160418203721 and 2nd complaint on 22nd april but nobody responded. Ph no.9893164808.

Even though there's no any single scratch in the monitor body, the service person denied warranty claim saying that there's physical damage.
