I just a brought a brand new Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus in 22nd July 2016. On 28th July I just slept keeping the phone in charge. After waking up I saw that it was fully shut down and I was not able to on the power if it inspite of all my effort. Then I went ti my nearest Micromax Care and gave the mobile for repairing. Its been a long time they haven't returned my phone to me. So what should I do next?

My micromax 'CANVAS FIRE 2' mobile was replaced by you under warranty. But I am sorry to say it took more than two month to replace the said phone & that to replaced by a defected old piece. I returned back the said phone to your service center again after 3 days. Is it company policy to harass a customer to that extent that he will never think of purchasing a micromax product. How can you replace a defected product under warranty with a old piece instead of a new one. I will further request you to replace phone with a new pc. Else I have no other option left other then to go to consumer court against the company. The service centre people said it can not be repaired and I will get a replacement. My hand set micromax E455 has been send to service centre due to cellular problems, no incoming or out going. it shows the same problem since it is purchased and it is the second time it completely dead in the same year. Respected Sir/Madam, I gave my Micromax p365 mini funbook tablet for touch screen replacment which was broken and working partially, at SKYWAY TECHNOLOGIES (MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER) shop No. 2, Balfour Apartments, 30/24, Near Kilpauk ICICI Bank, Balfour Road, Davidpuram, Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600010 Phone: 044 4266 2627, dated 7/7/2016, which I bought on July 2015 through Flipkart. The Job sheet Number is S020153081624836551 and IMEI number is 911350250046528. Since two and half months have been passed but so far I haven't got my tablet repaired. There is no response from the SKYWAY TECHNOLOGIES. Whenever I visit the shop or call through phone, the shop is remaining closed and the neighbours say that the office have been shifted to AYANAVARAM CHENNAI. I complained to the customer care on 9/8/2016, and the customer care personal told that I will get back my tablet repaired within 21 days, after 21 days when I called back the customer care again they are repeating the same dialogue after 21 days.

So far 2 and half month have passed, but I have not got my tablet back. Please do some needful in getting back my tablet with touch screen being replaced for which I will pay the money. I am really harassed by this micromax service peoples and also I faced a lot of loss in my business. If I won't get my problem solved, I will go the consumer court for being harassed and not providing me my tablet.

Further to the communication made by you, I herewith give details of the jobsheet number for your reference. Let me also inform you in short the dealings with your company so far.

1) Purchased a basic model mobile from your company. Suffered electric shock while putting the phone on charge.
2) Surrendered the phone to your service center at Velachery for servicing.
3) Mobile was returned to me by the service center after repeated reminders. This time I checked the mobile in the service center itself by putting it on charge and I suffered a severe shock.
4) Service center executive immediately took back the phone and agreed to replace the same with a new one.
5) After repeated complaints and finally sending a lawyer notice, I was given a mobile claiming that it was a new one.
6) The mobile had scratches and it had a poor camera quality and sound quality. I had immediately complained to the executive who agreed to deliver a new mobile and requested I keep it till then.
7) I had not received any call since then and finally lodged a complaint through online after which you spoke to me asking me to surrender the supposed to be new mobile and obtain a jobsheet and give you the number as reference.

I have my micromax canvas hue AQ5000.its battery is non removable. Problem is that my phone is not fully charged. and there are so many problem related to charging problem. can it be repaired...? I m from Bhagalpur.

Respected Sir/Madam, Already I have posted in this e-mail on 13th september 2016 that my Micromax tablet p365 mini funbook was given for touchscreen replacement at Skyway technologies Near Kilpauk Chennai dated 7/7/2016 carrying JOB SHEET NO. SO20153081624836551. After repeated complaining at the customer care for more than 50 times and talking with customer care executive I was promised to get my touch screen replaced within 21 days. Almost three months have passed, and now the customer care personnel as well as the service personnel are telling to get back my tablet without repaired saying that they don't have the touchscreen in stock and that model has been closed. Is this correct for the Micromax service company (a rich person) to harasss me (a poor person) for more than 3 months and now saying it cannot be repaired and get back my tablet. Why they haven't told it 3 months before. I will definitely go to the court for having tortured for more than 3 months and now saying as it is not possible to get repaired. I am ready to pay the money for the replacement of new touchscreen. I am not asking for free. I wan't to talk to the higher official as soon as possible and get me a solution for this.

This is further to my E, Mail of 18-09-2016. On 19-09-2016 I was informed by your Authorised Service Centre at SCO No: 54, Sector 30-C, Chandigarh that my said device had been repaired and that I could collect the same.

I visited the Service Centre on the same day and collected the device hoping that the defective battery of the same must have been replaced with a new one. On that day the device was showing Remaining Battery Life as 45%. On the next day the device went off as usual and could not be charged with the charger received along with it.

Now it is apparent that the defective battery of the device has not been replaced by your Service Centre and had been returned to me as it was, even after retaining the same for one month.

I am out of station since 21-09-2016 and shall return to Chandigarh after 2-3 days. Kindly confirm whether it will be possible for you to replace the defective battery of the device or not, to enable me to follow the next course of action. However I still hope that as promised by you vide your SMS of 24-08-2016, the defective battery would be replaced immediately and I would not be compelled to seek Legal Recourse.

A line of Confirmation and Reply shall be highly appreciated.

It is respectfully brought to your kind notice that your Company is not honouring the Warranty in respect of Micromax Mobile Phone: Q 426 (Black), Model Code: 7000014687 which was purchased by me from your Dealers M/s City Portraits & Colour Lab SCO No. 1012-13, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh vide Cash Memo No. 101269 Dated: 06-06-2016, for one of my relatives.

The facts of the case are as follows:-

1. The said phone developed some defect in the second week of August, 2016.

2. I contacted your Authorised Service Centre at SCO No: 54, Sector 30-C, Chandigarh on 20-08-2016.

3. The said phone was retained by the Service Centre for repair vide their Bar Code No: N090256-0816- 25014173, Dated: 20-08-2016.

4. I was advised by your representative Mr. Manjit at the said Service Centre to enquire of the phone after a week or ten days but assured me that the repaired phone would be returned to me within a maximum period of 21 days from 20-08-2016.

5. On 24-08-2016, I received the following message from your Company advising me that battery for my device will be made available to me by 11-09-2016. Your said message is reproduced here under:-

'' Dear Customer,

Greetings from Micromax. We regret the delay caused. The battery for your Micromax device Q426 will be available at our service centre by 11th of Sep. We will update you again about the date and time for the battery to be collected. Appreciate your patience with us.’’

6. I received another message on 27-08-2016 from your Company confirming that the device shall be delivered to me in 21 days. Your said message is reproduced here under:-

“Dear Customer,

Greetings, Micromax device job sheet no. N090256-0816-25014173 shall be delivered to you in 21 days. Please use our http://jobstatus.micromaxinfo.com to check status.

Team, Micromax

7. As advised by Mr. Manjit of your said Service Centre, I enquired about the status of the device from them every week. However every time I was told that the battery of the device is not available and I should contact them after 21 days from that day.

8. During one such inquiry from the said Service Centre on 15-09-2016, I was advised to contact your Company Office at Phone No. 1860-500-8286. When I contacted your Office at the said number, one Mr. Abhay responded that the battery is not available and I may contact them 21 days from that day i.e. from 15-09-2016. Since there was nothing new in his reply, I was not at all satisfied with the response. He also stated that if I was not satisfied with the response, he would arrange for my telephonic discussion with a Senior Official of your Company.

9. On my confirmation, Mr. Abhay arranged my telephonic discussion with one Ms Suman, a Senior Official of your Company on Phone No. 0124-4310200 on 16-09-2016.

10. Though I was hoping that your Senior Official would definitely redress my grievance but talking to Ms Suman was the biggest disappointment till date. Ms Suman not only gave the stereotyped reply of contacting the Company after 21 days from that day i.e. from 16-09-2016 but also told that I may complain to your Company on your E. Mail address. Therefore I am writing to you purely on the advice of Ms Suman. While I am not aware about her rank in your Company but I really wonder about her manner of redressing my grievance.

11. I also fail to understand:-

i. The logic behind the next inquiry only after 21 days from the previous inquiry, totalling ignoring the total waiting period which is 30 days (from 20-08-2016 to 18-09-2016) in this case and

ii. Showing total disregard to inconvenience being faced by the consumer and

iii. As to how a large quantity of Mobile Phone Sets is being sold by your Company every day if the batteries for the same are not available with you?

12. Even after waiting for 30 days, my grievance is not redressed and your so called Senior Official has tried to put me off by giving very evasive reply and hinting that the said device may never be repaired and returned to me. Therefore I once again request you to ensure that said device is repaired and returned to me immediately because it is very difficult to believe that Micromax is marketing Mobile Phone Devices without batteries for the last one month.

13. I hope that:-

i. my grievance would be redressed immediately and

ii. your said Senior Official would be counselled appropriately to be sensitive towards the grievances of your customers because in the present day life it is very difficult to manage without a Mobile Phone for such a long period.

I had purchase Canvas SPARK through snapdeal on 25th October 15 but after six month it was dead many of your centre was closed in Mumbai but one we contact in Andheri w and we submit for repair with job code 2122201-0916-25356596 on 8thsep16 but after 20days on 27th sep16 when went to collect my piece the Andheri service centre people said they are unable to repair my piece due to unavailability of parts.

Hence if you cannot deliver repair on time then why dont you give me replacement of my device immedietely or i have to go to consumer court.

My mobile phone AQ4502(B) which was purchased from M/S Snapdeal on 20-8-2016 was not working satisfactory. It is submitted to your authorized service center at Karnal Haryana for necessary repairs vide jobsheet No 30122-1016-25902409 dated 12-10-2016 . The service center says that they have sent the phone to factory for necessary repairs, since then there is no information about phone. Kindly look into the matter so that my phone is thoroughly repaired and restored to me soon soon. Thanks

I was not able to track my mobile repair status which was given on 19-11-2016 at Chamundipuram Mysore.You should ensure that when we give the mobile for repairing at least the service providers should update the customer about the latest status. The atmosphere at the repairing station is good,congenial,clean and the staff is also quite good.

My Micromax mobile modal no Q338 ( EMIE no-911457701308710 ) had been taken for auto switch off problem by center service on 8th February and received 17th February but my mobile is not repaired. So I kindly request Micromax owner if you want your company performance is best I advice you that your mobile and your infrastructure is too bad. my name prosenjit karjee and I always use Micromax. i purches micromax canvas fire 3 A096 but mobile software problem big. so i am new mobile purches 4G. Recently I have purchased Micromax canvas spark Q380. But within the short period of span unfortunately problem arise in handset on dt. 16/06/2015.There is 'Faint black shade' appears at the bottom of right side on display. So immediately I approached to micromax care center which is situated at PANDHARPUR Customer service.

Well, my daughter was carrying this handset in her purse. You mean by keeping in purse handset is getting pressed & liquid flows. How sad! It shows how poor quality mobile phones you are selling in market. Then also I will suggest to all my relatives, friends, colleagues & neighbors not to purchase Micromax company mobiles which are very poor in quality. So it's my earnest request to you please arrange to send me new handset in lieu of defective one.

I had given my mobile (Micromax Q417) repairing to micromax service station situated at (M/s. The Mobile Care)B-36, Guru Nanak Pura, Opp. V3S Mall, Near Maharaja Bequett Hall, Laxmi Nagar, TIN-7746931556, PIN-110092, Delhi (India) on dated 25.02.2017 with Docket no.(N030666-0317-27920369) for minor defects (Problem in autoadds download & battery backup). The mobile is in warranty period. I have received the mobile as on 27/02/2017 but the cover of my new mobile was changed at the same time I have denied to receive the mobile on the same date on the spot. After that I have not received any proper answer and mobile till date. Kindly provide the time & Schedule of arrival of mobile i.e. when i get my mobile after resolution? Please take this on priority.

This mobile has gone to service centre to be well maintained and returned back after near about 1 month and then too the same problem arises every time the WhatsApp camera and the handset camera both are not working. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.

I gave my handset to Micromax service centre (Swastik Enterprise), Malad, Mumbai on 06/04/2017 and paid Rs. 2000/- and told me to come within seven days but till date I am not received my handset and service center people not giving me any proper answer I decide to go consumer court regarding this matter, your micromax service is third class. I tell my friends and relative not to buy Micromax mobile at any cost.

The phone iceomax q346 does not work properly. i am going with customer care many time but my phone not set. please replace my phone, i am tired.

I am Som Dutt Godara from (CRPF ) in India, Suratgarh, Sri Ganganagar.
I have gone to the service center 10 time from the time i have purchaced it but i cant go everytime for a new problem. (bar code-2122159-0517-28878688) model no; Q326.
Problems.....
1. Software not up- date
2. Charging cause heating
3. Wi-fi and internet cause full heating
4. Earphone not connects
5. Battery back up 2-3 hours only after normal use me
6. Sim 1 and sim 2 slot problem
7. Normal use causes hanging of phone
8. Net use cause automatic re-start.

I am not satisfy with your company service centre at salem Tamilnadu in india, because of the micromax make smart phone purchased from your dealer on 26.09.2016 for Rs 7700- at chennai. From the date of purchase I face the charging problem in your product.Four months back the same mobile was serviced in your authorised service centre at salem and they told that problem in the battery and changed the new battery if you face any problem in future and get back to this centre. but the problem is not solved so. Now your service Engineer told problem is in motherboard and register the complaints as out side the guarantee period vide barcode no 2121914-0617-28997230 and service charge will be Rs2500-. So I am very disappointed of your product and your service centre decition. Hence Ikindly request you to service the mobile with in gurantee period with out any charges . thanks lot.

Network doesn't connects and if it connects i can not call. When i put sim inside it shows network but it switch off if i dial any number. The service center said hey installed new software version but it still wont work. Phone model - Q465 and complaint no - 314847.

Just 4 days after warranty the handset went blank and did not open. I took the phone along with the bill and asked for warranty claim. The service center at Unit 8.opposite boys high school, Bhubaneswar denied me warranty and asked for Rs.2000 to change the motherboard. So I got the handset back. threw it in the dustbin and vowed never to go for any Micromax product. Micromax is going down. worst experience.

Previously I went to your Care (Service Centre) for my smartphone MicromaxQ350 which shows some problem for insufficient space and not open the phone anytime. After half an hour it come back to me as the new phone which I bought on 16.09.2016.

Very bad service from service centre. Since 2 Month phone has been given no response from service centre. I could not purchase any Micromax product in future.
