Sir in my redmi 3s prime i forgot my pattern lock it not hard reset and not erase data from mi cloud it show enable find device. It is under warranty period can i break pattern lock from mi care at no charges. plzzz help me. Thanku.

Hello xioami my name is JATIN I'm from Chandigarh and I purchased the new MI3s on EMIes. After one and half month my phone fall in water and I went to service center to check my phone condition and what they did there. They check my phone before they check they said we will charge 180rs just for checking that whats problem wile my phone is in warranty and and they check I paid the amount. They said that ur charging jack, ur combo display ur motherboard is off so nothing to do. u will take new another phone and that phone I will show to my friends shop and he said everything is allrigt and only the combo is changed.

So all I want to say that no other service center charge money for checking the phones condition and they gave me wrong information about my phone. They also charged money for checking. So kindly help me in this matter.

I lost my mobile yesterday around 2 to 3 pm. if possible I want you to wipe all data in my cell phone & also I want to change my MI account Recovery email id from [email protected] to nibaditadutta @oppoketeki.in as I was not able to access to my old email id & want to change ph no from 9707312889 to 9706587402 as I lost that number with my cell(MI4I).

kindly help me to find or wipe up all data from my MI 4I & change Recovery mail id & ph no so that the thief will not be able to use my cell phone & any data on it.

I purchased the above mobile through Amazon on 30.10.16. After few months the problem started. The battery was overheating due to which back panel got bulged and the ON/OFF key got dislocated from the slot.Battery is getting discharged very quickly and cell is not getting charged 100%.. The design of the battery and its circuit has faulty design and the problem needs to be resolved by replacing my mobile with anew one.I have been informed by your service center that they have replaced the battery. I want free replacement of the mobile as same is under warranty. Any thing other than free replacement is not acceptable from a reputed company like yours.

I wont to replace my charger. It is not working properly... (redmi note 3). I have got many problems with charger. Pls replace my charger because i have not any other charger.

I bought this mi note 4 before 1day we install some applications but it shows it unfortunately error.. what can i do for that?And other thing I try the commend that "ok google" but isn't open I try the mic icon but it say "your device is locked" how can I unlock this settings?

Few days back i have purchased Xiamoi fitness band, but it's not charged, i have try many times. Pls replace it. ASAP. pls find my order id.

I used MI NOTE 3 for last 5 months,i was fed up with this product. It has a bunch of problems,mainly with charging issue. When i connect for charging its connect and disconnects automatically. so my phone is now out of service. It also problem with update, camera, and it hangs sometime. please answer what can i do now?

Today, newly I brought mi 3s prime from my city shop. I gave my phone to my friend to see but what he done I don't know. when I tried my password it is telling incorrect then my cousin advised me to format it. then I switched off my phone and I press power button and volume down simultaneously then mobile is not responding. Here I'm Ankit V. Dhamane complaint that why your company making a fool to public. I'm writing about your Redmi 4a model. Company website and even though product box telling that, this model have 16 Gb Rom but actually total memory is only 10.30 Gb. Out of that 10.30 Gb there is only 8.33 Gb is available for customer use.

If your company's data,application taking 2-3Gb space then why should you not provided total 16 Gb minus 2/3 Gb space to customer. It's totally like a Fraud. I checked other company's model which were giving around 11 to 14 gb space to customer. I want totally relevant answer from your high authority persons and don't gives any excuse like sorry, apologize.

4 Days back i went to service center due to some technical issue with my phone they make it factory restore. Till now i am not getting the update version link. I complained 3 times to the customer service all time they are saying wait for 1 day but no update. Please sent me the link to update my device.
