Hello, there must not be any mistake in calculating the emis. This is what they intentionally do. I too suffered a lot, now its your turn.

I have loan amount fo Rs 4.0 Laks from Gruh Finance vide a/c No.904/856. At that time it was made for 10 years only. And also it is given by you the date of Last installment is on 30th June 2018. Now today I obtained loan A/cs statement, in that is printed the last due date is 31.08.2019. Hence you are requested please communicate to me what is my correct date. I am prompt payer & regular payer.

For you kind information your employees not have sufficient experience. They do not process properly nor collect all over document like Property paper and income proof. Some unknown person give wrong information about me to your branch manager Mr bishmit Sharma jhalawar branch and he cancel my loan file. I ask you if any unknown person gives you wrong information about any customer you cancel his loan file, this is not fair. please reply me because it is not fair.

Hello,

I am from Palanpur, dist: Banakskantha, Gujarat and I am a government employee in revenue department. I want to apply home loan for two houses one for me and second one is for my brother. So I visited Palanpur branch for inquiry. First i was visited brach on 10:10PM and staff was told me that manager is gone for a site visit so wait for half an hour. So i waited for 2 hours to meet manager but manager was not came to branch. Before i gone to branch i found manager with his wife in market at 10:00PM. After that i was gone to branch again on 4:00 AM and i found that manager was present at branch. Than i was talked to staff for arange a meeting with manager than he said me to wait for my turn. I waited 2 hours for my turn than finally i gone to meet manager but manager told me to come tomorrow on 10:00 PM.

There are no value for customers and time of customers in gruh finance branch of palanpur. Its very bad experience from manager and staff of palanpur branch.

Last week 13/07/2018.i went to rbl bank regards my business loan discussion.that time checked my pan details.then i came to know that home loan are going on your bank.but i have not take any loan on your GRUH FINANCE but its showing in pan details.Immediately i went to gruh finance branch office on 14/07/2018in coimbatore office and make discussion about this issue and i came to know that one of your account holder taken loan in name of karthikumar Account number 9312301 date of birth is matching to me and loan holder in your bank.so its showing like this.so i request to give an one letter .finally branch officer ask me to come on 16/07/2018. i am also went to office.officer told that permission ill issue by head office. so please kindly i request u to provide information and solve this problem, rbl bank gave me only two day for this problem.please help me.

Dear sir,

I have loan Gruh Finance a/c No. 932/537, before six month i want to close the loan. but gruh finance staffs are not given closure amount on time. everyday we are going the branch, that staff asks server not found. manager go out side and then come tomorrow always. at last after three months we got a outstanding and gives the cheque, and then they were not presented the cheque in one month. again and again they gives heavy mental torchure. i am a heart patient. Payment remit and close the account before in 45 days. but they had not come to cancel the mod procedure. i am very sad for this service. immediately cancel my mod. Otherwise i am going to suicide and then inform all media and police complain about this. please do the needful.

Dear sir,

I have a home loan in your bank (virar branch). Loan account number is 413/2171.

My loan ecs due on 14th of every month. my family faces some financial problem due to lock-down. RBI has permitted Lenders to grant a moratorium on payment of EMI falling due between March 1st, 2020 and May 31st, 2020. I sent email regarding moratorium mail to mr. Sisir panda dated 8th April 2020. still gruh finance debited INR 12747/- on 15th april 2020. please check my request accepted or not because I don’t received any response mail from Gruh finance. Please credit this months emi to my account which is very important for me.

Request you to do the need full help at the earliest.

We have done all the necessary documentations regarding the subsidy after sanction of our loan, as per suggestion of your employee.

Please do let us know if anything is still pending from our side in this regard. And if nothing is pending from our side, please do provide us the Pradhan Mantri Avas Yojana 'Application ID' of our case so that we can track PMAY subsidy status.

I would like to express my disappointed from your unsatisfactory level of service. I was expecting professionalism from such prestigious and reputed bank like yours. I had a loan account in your bank, on which there were issues even after taking N.O.C and doing all loan Closing procedures done. And i did not get original all documents, registry etc, although i have continuously requested from your Jaipur branch.

I am hoping for a fast and proper resolution.

I have very bed experience with Grah finance home loan. Currently i am facing a lot of problems and not satisfaction. and home loan continue increase without any information and justification from branch from Indore branch.
