I have elife e7 mini smart phone, my charger is showing charge icon but battery percentage is not increasing neither the battery is charging.

My Gionee mobile is with the service center since last one month but it has not been repaired yet. They keep saying that parts are not available. I want my mobile as soon as possible.

U have a very bad response and not worthy service centre and your 24 hrs response toll number is very very poor.... pls gets d guts to reply and better to establish.

I have purchased one handset Marathan M_5Lite in month of February 2016 but right now ear phone not working, same need to be replace but no any service centre available in respective location, pls. suggest us.

It took me nearly a year to earn an amount that i could purchase such an Android like gionee. But the bigger is the company the poor is its Customer Care services. Really very bad. If somebody is going to purchase android like this one i would clearly ask him not to buy.

Gionee M5 mini keep switching off and anytime it do that I on it back just for it to load for 30mins or so. I went to service center available for gionee but they are not helpful a bit. They just format my phone and give me back and that does not stop this non chalant behavior. I went back there just for them to tell me I have to get new battery I ask for it they said not available, d question is when would it b available they keep postponing date. It s a messed up product. I'll never advise my worst enemy to buy this product not to talk of friends.

Is it mobile horrible one it does not off extreme mode to normal mode on android 7.0 what i have to do don't have proper contact with your customer care and your saying its 24/7. better to close your company and get lost .

Its really bad to write such a comment... facing network issue in slot 1 but your call center team dosnt know how to solve my query and infact I bough the handset exactly 1 month back. Very poor response.

I have p7 and it's getting switch off every time when the battery reaches between 40-60%. Then to restart I have to connect charger every time otherwise the phone will not get switch on. Done the software updation from service center as per the instruction of customer care. But nothing works.

My phone is in warranty and it will expire soon.service center has just said me that there is battery issue and I have to purchase new battery without looking check the phone internally. I purchased the new battery from market as the battery is not available at stores as well as service center. But the problem not resolved. Again visited the service center, without checking the phone internal hardware/software, they just said again that purchase the original battery from them and not from market.

Pls look into this and help me out as my warranty is getting expired.

I gave mobile 2 month back for repair but it has not been returned to me yet, they gave 7 days time for repair. After one month they called and said that mobile is repaired but when i went to the service center they told it has not been repaired. They started making excuse that the software they installed is not working again and they need to install it again. Very bad.

There is no bad company than this, even if i charge the battery 3 times in a day, the battery goes off soon. Net is not fast and it is not running very slow, also mobile becomes hot after 10-15 min of use.
