Jio SIM network is very slow in Aurangabad Bihar it's net speed is 200kb/s. Please u improve network area in Aurangabad.

What the hell is this? Worked properly just for 1 month and then"unable to detect jio sim". Please it's my kind request to you to improve it.

I have a jio wifi, last Monday i renewed prime and paid Rs303/ but today on 15th i have problem with jiotv
opening shows unable to open try again / close. if i try again also not opening, pl help. also some time shows not renewed. my no 8310739477.

I bought a jio sim and it worked very nicely for a month bt aftet that the jio is showing no network no internet no calls for the past 4 months.

My jio fibre connection [#4344191] is not working at residence in Reliance Greens, Moti Khavdi since 5th March. 2017. I complained on line to which reply came that you will hear from us in 48 hours. Then I reminded twice after 80hrs to which they again replied saying you will hear soon from us. But there after no news.

I thought "Reliance" would really mean service due to my affinity to it but Jio is like any other ordinary service provider as of now.

My Jio no. is +91 8169582693 & I am staying in Marol, Andheri area. My experience with Jio voice call is not good. moreover, whenever I use to contacted on Jio, its get cut off immediately & end the call. After ranging 5 to 6 times it may get connected some times. My settings for hand set are OK which is certified by your person located at sakinaka outlet. My request is to pl. look in to the matter.

i lost my Jio number few days back and than i called customer care to shutdown it on temporary basic..and than today i go to Jio Store Mandi (H.P) to buy a Duplicate sim card. i give them print of my E-Aadhaar Card and the copy of Police FIR. But they refused them and told me first i have to cut my Aadhaar card and take a new print than they validate it as a proof ! and i don't find any Govt notification about cutting Aadhaar card and all.... I am not getting their point.... And in Aadhaar card its Aadhaar card's Number which is important rather than its format So Kindly sort out this Mess ... and Provide me A solution and a jio Sim card before 31-march-2017 and take a proper action against this complaint.... Hope for a positive response.

i have taken jio sim bearing no 8837303490 received massage on alternate no jio connection no is 00002F8T08 from adhar card but till date it is not activated after consulting on call at jio customer call centre they have not responded well kindly activate the sim.

600011 Chennai network is very slow and voice calls some times breaking.

Sir/madam, Yesterday I paid 402 rupees by my ATM 99 for prime membership and 303 for monthly but when I called to customer care he said that you are not eligible for its benefit because you have recharged both one time. I request please do it correct .

I had recharge rs99 and to got a prime member but still now rs 50 cash voucher get not refund, in my no.7008043507..jio monry care avoid to call rcv in my number.

I am a Reliance jio consumer for the past six months and since then I am facing the problem of data speed (net problem) in my home location. I do not get data speed at any time at home and voice calls almost by getting out of the house.

I have complained about this in Customer Care Service many times but till now I have not got any solution and he was tell me some stories every time, but my problem was the same. The last statement, the customer care told me that the solution to your problem will be resolved by March 20, 2017 but nothing has happened. Even after such a complaint, I have not received any response from your side.

My jio SIM number was 8700168284 and the current number is 8178 6689 96. and I have complained several times from both the numbers. You can see my complaint on both the numbers in the record.

I have also changed my handset from the last three months. First Lenovo A6000, then Asus Zenfone and now lenovo k6 power. And now the SIM pay is coming from next month. So I am confused whether to recharge my number or not.

This is second time i am making complain that I am facing problem in porting my sim from Reliamce to Jio. Here in Baddi your jio Store did not fill up the form properly and tells me that there is some problem in the system.He says that the system does not accept Reliance as previous service provider. when I talked to Jio customer care he said that your form do not have Previous service providers name. I am fade up with your system in general and Baddi Store particularly. The person on your baddi store is cooperating an talking.

My jio number 8310405646 was recharged twice by paytm and in retail shop paytm was recharge on 31/3/2017at around 1 to2 am and I got all the details of recharge but retail shop I dint get any information which was recharged by mistakely on 31/3/2017 around 8 to 9 pm so i went and asked him to refund the amount he said even he have recharge but he isn't giving any information and he abused me and illtreated the number from which he recharged was +917019704479 the location of store is thimmaya road shivajinagar bangalore 560001 and he has also not have store I'd by which I can get recharge details. so 99rs doesn't matter but I should get the solution to this problem call me 7411565463 basha for more details if required.
