Ordered a track pant showing 41 inches in length in the given description and when I received it, it was too small for me. When checked, it was just 38 inches in length and immediately I clicked on the 'exchange order' option and it was showing that 'this product cannot be exchanged'. I ordered two tops from Jabong worth Rs. 936.90 which I wanted to gift to a friend of mine. But, on 17th February I received only 1 top which was only noticed after I handed the packet to my friend. The top with order ID 8339800 was inside the packet but the other one with order ID 8339799 was missing.

I am very disappointed with the service and I immediately want my money back or I want the top back which is Rs 399. It is a peach coloured top which was not delivered but the entire amount was debited from my account and eve, the total amount was written on the bill which was attached on the packet. Please respond to my request or else, I have take other steps.

I also ordered RIGO NAVY BLUE STRIPED ROUND NECK T-SHIRT which is in worst condition 100 Rs. T shirts are better than this T-shirt. I have never seen such a worst stitching. I try to contact from 0124-6128000 this no. but I think it's for only showcase. If you can't afford costumer executive then please kindly sold your company to someone who can afford them. The service of Jabong Team is excellent. However, I have to comment on the product also. I had taken a Carlton London Shoe size 8. when i took delivery i noticed that size 8, which i normally wear, is not suiting and I requested for an exchange. However, when I got the next size, i still felt that the shoe is just fit and i am finding difficulty in walking and my skin is also start rubbing with shoes because of small size. Size 9 of this brand is small when compared to other brands. Further, it is also felt that the upper material does not appear to be leather as specified in website.
