Having continue problem with burner and induction, i called to kaff customer care regarding the same and informed that there is leakage problem and emergency situation they have give me a complaint number KF63174 and they told me that the person will come to rectify the problem within 24 hrs, after that no one comes for the service, again i called to customer care number after 3 days, they told me that their senior will call in 30 minutes, but till now i did not get any response from them.
I don't know how can they be so irresponsible, even informing that there is an emergency situation NO Response even after repeteed reminders?? If something goes wrong will they take responsibility? I will not recommend anyone for KAFF product in future,, NO after-sale services at all.. I don't know how are they running their business, I will surely write to higher Govt. Authorities.,,

I have already raised complaint 2 days back. Gas leakage issue at hob and pipe junction. But no one responded back yet. I have called several times and always service lady said, service engineer will come today. But engineer never called me or come to my place. Knowing gas leakage problem, they don't bother to service. Very poor service people. Beware of KAFF.

It was perhaps our wrong decision to buy KAFF Gas Cook Top in May 2015. It has not been giving proper gas supply right fromthe day one of its installation by your representative here in Dehradun. I am tired of making telephone calls about its non functioning. Every time I hear a sweet voice and vocal lie promise that it will be repaired or replaced. It is almost two years now. Nothing has been done. Neither the switch ON/OFF button works nor it given prioper gas supply to the burners.

Model KAFF KC60-SS-Black Tampered Glass Ai-4 Burner Gas Cook Top - purchsed grom GM Traders- Mundka Main Rohatak Rd, NH 10 Gherwa Road, Opp MG Real Estate New Delhi under INVOICE No SA71B4/15-16/33 dt 01 May 2015 which is lying unused may please be taken back. I do not want to use it. It was a sheer wastage of my money.

If you feel that your KAFF is worth carrying good SPOKEN REPUTATION- kindly send your representative to repair or have a look to it.

KAFF who claims to be internationally good should have a courtesy to take care of its customer.

Kindly get my Cook Top inspected/repaired at the earliest or I will be compelled to make it known to environment. for suitable spoken reputation ( ill or good).

We have purchased Kaff table top 4 burner stove when we have converted our kitchen to Modular an year ago in Hyderabad.

After few months the left bottom burner started to give yellow flame and not burning well. I have complained in Dec 2016 Compliant # KF52221. The customer care referred me to local Service provider Ph no 04022033203.

Now this guys says that he does not have any spare parts and has to order. After one month of constant follow up one technician came and noted down the details and went away. After another one month of follow up another technician came with different burner which does nor solve our problem. He want away . till today 20-3-2017, our problem is not solved. Every time I call the local service provider only tells me that the spares have not come. IS THIS THE SERVICE WE EXPECT FROM YOU. I called customer care last week. They said their service head will call me. No body called me till today. Pl tell us how to get my problem resolved. My wife scolds me everyday that i am not able to get the problem solved.

Hello, just want to share my experience.
1. Do not buy kaff products, worst experience.
2. Worst service, you have call them n number of times inly then they will send someone.
3. After service when you complaint that something is not working, they don't listen and don't send anyone for follow up.
4. My hobb is not working properly and i had complaint then so many times but no one listen. they come repaire and again in few days same condition. very bad quality products and service.

Strictly avoid kaff products, i am going put a case in consumer court regarding it. If you are with me do reply me. We do not want such companies who can not take care of their customers even we are paying charges as per their requirements.

I purchased hob with 4 burners on 30/6/16 which was installed on 2/7/16. At the time of installation that the flame is not satisfactory.The mechanic who came to insty told me that nipples are required to be changed for domestic gas supply.after that i made several requests ,last vide complaint no 78912 on 23/3/17 & again KF85740 on 17/4/17. & repeated calls no action has been taken to resolve the problems including lighter malfunctioning. I have never seen such poor service. The company should be taken to consumer court. KF78912.

I have kaff stove and ignition doesn't work On top of it yellow flame is coming. Technician came to see but not able to fix it. Said he will come back but no reply from past 5 days. If we call not picking phone. Even customer service people are very rude in talking. Kaff is the worst product and will never recommend to anyone to buy.

Kaff products are not at all worth as per their price. I bought four kitchen appliance one year ago but there is problem with every product. Chimney filters are broken and not available anywhere. Grill oven is not working properly. hob is discolored and cannot clean it from inside. useless service and its products.

I have been trying to reach the Kaff customer care number through phone as well as SMS. I need to service my KAff Built in Hob. the burner is burning very slowly, and the auto ignition is not working. I am trying to reach the service centre but both are actually non-existent. i am a really frustrated customer. AT this rate, i may have to replace my hob, and it will DEFINITELY NOT be Kaff.

Why the hell have u given customer care number when u don't receive calls even after we stay on line for 3 minutes...no one ever receive a call...its such a bad experience on purchasing your product..i just want to throw it of because of no response from customer care or service people. N I will say anyone reading this please never purchase kaff products its better to buy china products at least you know there will be no customer care personnel to help you out with any problem..never buy any product from kaff.

Never buy any Kaff product. This has the worst product. I have evidence to it since I have purchased on others recommendations. Now I made 13 such other customers to buy sunflame and they are much satisfied.

I brought a gas stove from kaff, after six months the problems starts. Sometimes the burner got damaged and some times the flames are too low that i can't even boil a cup of water. I have called your customer service support a lot of times they told me that the will send a mechanic but no one came.

I am so disappointed with your service that i seriously want to sell this gas stove as 2nd hand for 500 rupees also. It's the worst buying experience i ever had. It's an automatic gas stove but the automatic system is totally dead. Please give some response to my complaint.

The oven unit was installed without the inner glass panel. We have been following up for a year with Kaff’s PATHETIC team to get this fixed. We are even willing to pay for the spare part although they carelessly didn’t fix it at the beginning! However, each tine they have a different excuse as to why they haven’t been able to fix this! Appalled at their service and after sales attitude! Would never recommend the brand to anyone!

Last five days back i complain still today also not solved my chimney problem two times call toll free and local also complained no use , one of famous kaaf company take serious action against it.

I am new to KAFF as a customer. so recently i walked into one of its showroom and they really have a nice ambience with lots of option illustrated to try and the employees also helped me a lot in choosing a favorable chimney for my kitchen.

It is very much unfortunate that we are suffering a lot due to non-cooperation from the Kaff service technician.

I lodged a complain on 22.05.2019 for cleaning the kitchen Chimney and the same was attended on the day itself by Hasmot Khan(Mob : 9073479878). But on completion of cleaning the motor was defunct (it was tested before cleaning was carried out). I told him to take care immediately because our Kitchen is Open only. He assured me and left. But till today I did not have any response from the service technician. I once again contacted helpline(1800-180-2221) two consecutive days. They gave me one Mob no.9231674686. I reported her few times but in vain. Now she is also not attaining the call.

Now what I am to do. Am I to take up the case with Consumer forum? Please help or guide me.

I have raise a complaint in the customer care since last 5days and taking follow up with customer care everyday. Each and every day they say they will send technician boot there is no call no response. The customer care people are also very rude and aggressive.

My complain req no is 200713296.

They must understand that is a log connection and without a gas stove it is difficult and almost impossible to manage a family.

I had worst service experience from the service centre and there charges are exorbitant. They dont clean even the filter and horrible response to queries. Don't recommend Kaff to anyone.

Extremely annoying service, I have no count on how many times I had to call for Chimney servicing. after so calls and complains two person came and did servicing . After servicing it become worst.. smoke of chimney flows in whole house. it is getting worse. and we complained again to service centre but no one bother to reply or answering. i am planing to log a consumer court compliant.
