Modular electrical switches with ISI mark (8632683) manufactured from Uttarkhand are getting broken while withdrawing from the plate. Reason to be investigated. However, i suggest that proper design be made for switch body.

Dear Sir,

We had purchased ANCHOR PENTA switches for our Residential apartment project, Prisunic Golf Greens at Chevarambalam from your dealer Sigma Electricals in Calicut.

It is disheartening to let you know that we are disappointed with the products you have offered. It was your company concern who suggested PENTA and we must say the product has not done justice.

We have been receiving a lot of complaints from our clients regarding the switches and hence had to replace PENTA at least 6 switches till date. Only 7 flats have been occupied and 6 have already registered complaints. This is a major concern and hence expecting you to look into the same considering the seriousness of the issue.

Kindly do the needful on an immediate basis. Hoping for a favourable response.

I am one of your dealer and being a retailer i face a lot of problem with the packing of spike guards. Most of the packets fell open on their own and its very troublesome to store them in its current packing style. I request the company to kindly look into this matter and of possible change the packaging of spike guards.

I purchased 4 regulator Dt on 20Jan 2018 3 regulators are defected I have launched the complaint 22 Jan 2018 but till date no any solution of my complaint I have very shocked with u r poor service. plz do the needful as earliest as possible.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had purchased electrical switches and all material manufactured by ANCHOR, based on the history of last 10 yrs purchased similar material by me for my flat.

unfortunately, this time the below sockets are not the best products as I took those with intend to be suitable for global accessories as well as local, but in below sockets two pins, three-pin, laptop, one plus charger are not fitting and holding properly, which comes out automatically/slowly (Doesn't hold), I need to add another socket and using the adaptors.

this is very dissatisfying, annoying for me as not able to use these things in my new bungalow.

I had talk with your distributor but he could not say much and said it's like that and compnay also knows this issue.

I am facing this issue (plugging in is not easy and when inserting a mobile charger, it comes out) with my total 22 sockets.

I am a consumer, i had bought flora neo wall fan after 1 year it stopped oscillating, it is in warranty period so i requested for service on 5 april on WhatsApp after not getting service i registered complaint by call, then again i registered complaint 2-3 times but still no response by service men today is may 15 and i am still waiting 40 days have passed but no response by service men, he is not picking my call, i am frustrated, when you can't provide service don't give warranty, i have lodged complaint on consumerhelpine.gov also, but still no service by your company.

I applied Anchor switches in my house just 2 year before. so many switches are broken during operation. i am afraid to on/off all anchor switches of my house to avoid get shocked by A.C. current. i replaced many switches frequently. how bogus is anchor switches.
