I tried to pay premium for policy no 451560737 from direct pay side of lic, but failed. "payment can not be done direct for this policy" this statement appeared. I went to lici branch Islampur and told branch manager. He advice me to deposit premium at cash counter. I request him to inquiry why premium can't be pay from Direct pay side of lici. He was unable to give reply. last of all I pay it at counter on 1/10/2015. Please help me so that I can pay next premium online.

I am having a Jeevan Anand policy having policy no 115935401 and premium of Rs.4952 , while paying the renewal amount extra of Rs 200/-has been charged as CD amount. I do not know why this amount has been charged even though i have paid few days before the due date.

I would like to inform that the policy No 644255739 Type SSS is being matured on 28/03/2017, I have submitted the original policy at Musheerabad Branch on 05/03/2017, since bond issued from the said branch, but after pursuation they told me to submit the same at Mahdipatnam branch, i.e 20/03/2017, Subsequently submitted that same at Mahdipatnam Branch, As on today 12/04/2017 I have not received the matured amounts, nor any SMS regarding the status of payment. Sir who is responsible for the delayed payments. I have been charged penalty for paying the premium after the due dates. But as in this case am I not entitled for the interest on the part of the delayed payments of the matured amounts.

I would like to inform that the policy no. 288337652 is money back policy under table 75 and term 20 years. I opened this policy on 28/06/2012, so now the 5 year is gone so as per money back rule after 5 years of policy I got survival benefit of rs. 20000/- but still I dont get neft in account. I submit the form and cross cheque of my account in last year but still I dont get neft in my account. pls help me and my mobile number 8097268562 and email id : yadavreema35 @yahoo.In.

I have 2 Lic policies of my daughters. I want to create new registration in your Lic portal. When i create new user column in your portal, i could not enter my daughter date of birth. Pls do needful how to put date of birth.
