Dear sir.....please tell how to get information regarding Titanium Listing. How many days to top in posting?

I have bought a package of 60 premium leads in December 2015. I have posted around 8 listings, which are active. The Id Nos. are 18600714, 18600762, 18560446, 18560019, 18560496, 18600789, 18434301 and one is under screening. If you see the statistics, its really disappointing. Response is very poor, potential leads for having posted properties is zero. The overall response is not satisfactory. Your executive Mr. Basavaraj was informed about my displeasure. But there is no satisfactory response. I got 3 response for flat but nothing for the plots posted. I am very disappointed and regret having purchased your package. Kindly do the needful action required which will provide me immediate LEADS FOR PLOTS.

Nearly all my posts are being transferred to propertywala.com. when i am posting a property i get a confirmation from magicbricks. Soon after the post gets posted on propertywala.com and i will get a mail from them. why is this happening?? Also i am not getting good leads at all.

I have booked a bronze type for renting my apartment in Matri Tranquil Bangalore and I paid Rs 1100 by Credit card. After receiving the money the staff mentions to pay another Rs 1925 towards the Gold plan. But actually when clicked the option for Rent and opted for Bronze immediately there must be message that this is for selling. But after receiving the payment you are demanding the more money. This amounts to misleading the customer. Kindly refund the amount paid by me immediately. Don't mislead the customer like this. I am constrained to give wide publicity if my amount is not refunded. Your immediate response is solicited.

I had posted a commercial property for rent.i got a mail from magic bricks offering me a 50% discount on the renewal for my advertisement. i paid rs 1875 and later on could not find my paid advertisement. on following it up with magic bricks, they told me that the offer was for a residential adv only. so my renewing by paying rs 1875 was useless. now i have to ask for a REFUND from magic bricks. the adv with 50% discount offer was a MISLEADING AND A FRAUD. YOU SHOULD SPECIFY IN BOLD TERMS, and why flash it to me when i am doing commercial advertisement, sad.

The agent tel.no.8822369369 / 7981016525 called me to the site made me wait for more than half an hour and did not show up. To make matters worse he choose not to pick my call. When I called from another number he picked up and said he is at a different location. Pathetic service.

I have posted the property and given the payment of Rs. 3700.00 under Gold category. Till now no bidder has turned up. Pl. expedite the deal so that I can start another posting in Magic bricks for buying one property.

I have subscribed for the Gold package costing 1875/- on 21st of this month. It was mentioned that add would be placed on priority. However, not even a single person approached. what is the process and protocol? don't you check on this till the deal is closed? what is a point of paying amount to you?

I was getting continuous mail from these burgers based on which I had paid the money , I got a acknowledgement but once after few minutes another mail received stating the transaction had failed and process got rejected. I am trying to contact these people in both numbers where not able to contact. Yesterday the customer service numbers stated it sunday holiday and as i called working days the number is not working. An other number 6103900 staff picked the call and stated for a call back but no one had call till now.

Magic bricks sucks and do belive this company.

But even today I have not received ant SMS on my Registered Mobile Nos (2), and also no E-Mails at above address. No clarification recd. from Magickbricks.

In spite of spitting venom so much i still find magic bricks do exactly what they want and never what i wanted. This shows clear breach of trust and service. Due to this clear breach of service i wanted magic bricks to immediately restore my text content as it is or cancel all services with magic bricks with immediate effect and magic bricks must pay me 100% full refund of inr 3,600.00, since it was entirely their purposeful disobedience and total disregard for customer specific requirements. In spite of intimating magic bricks repeatedly over written official emails not to remove my content at any cost. If existing content continues to be published in my advertisement then due to insubordination and total non-co-operation towards basic consumer requirements i declare, am totally dissatisfied with all the service with magic bricks and with immediate effect magic bricks must return 100% refund (As specified in the posted realty advertisement vide order no. 17023027 / 21-06-2019 - titanium package) And all services thereby terminated thereafter including complete removal of all my personal information from all websites and magic bricks servers failing which severe action will be taken against magic bricks and all its associates for purposeful defaulting and degradation of basic consumer services.

Respite:restore all my text as it was - first time - failing which termination will be expedited.

I have purchased one pack recommended by sales personal Mr Ashish mob no 8076671025 on 10 th July 2019 (OAM pack) cost Rs13000.00.

He has assured for photo shoot script writing and every thing for my property will be done by office manager and look after by them, I have to do nothing.

I have transferred Rs 130000 the moment I have transferred Mr Ashish does not responded at all after which I have called to call centre they have assured and asked about my property, now they told me that there is no such facility of photoshoot and script writing in my area and I have to post my property at the sight, its not in the package, now it's high time and i called to call centre as well as sent email but they have done nothing.

Really a fraud company taking money with guts. Please don't buy any package from them.

I have made a payment of Rs.4543/- in June 2019 for publishing my ad. I was in touch with Mr. Sushruth. He said that there is some issue and he would initiate the refund however I have not still received. Its been 14 months since I have paid.

The service has assigned RM for the same service and assistance to identify good property. I was also informed that the site visit, rent agreement etc. would be supported through Magic Bricks and RM.

But till date I have not received any assistance from your side, in addition my RM never attended my calls neither return back call or email. I did selected few properties by myself. But those also not processed from your end. I am totally unsatisfied with your service and unprofessional attitude from the RM and your team.

Kindly provide a solution to this issue at the earliest.
