Kotak Mahindra service executive took my documents and signatures on the form and he told me that the card will be delivered at ur home in 12 days. Now around 25 to 30 days have passed and no reply from service executive. If u people don't want to provide us card then inform us regarding d same bcoz we r waiting so plz reply on it.

I am using Kotak Credit card, and nowadays more call is coming just like your bank person and asking so many detail of card and taking us full detail of card from me and done two transaction for Rs.15,859/- (One from Ist deal for Rs.7998/- and IInd from PayU money for Rs.7861/-) both material is purely waste for me and at the same time talking by phone at our office time and collecting detail for their sale and taking our credit card money is purely cheating and put Kotak card customer in trouble. I feel insecure so we want to cancel your card immediately and also blocked your card immediately, because the telephonic person taken our cvv no.of my credit card. Request you to cancel the transaction and restore my credit card amount. I can not pay your card amount, and request you to collect the material what they sent to us against for this transactions.

I am having kotak credit card crn no 32148211. i gave a cheque for Rs.8000/- on 12-06-2016 of kotak ing vysya bank cheque. As i found that the amount was debited from my account on the same but still it is not credited on my card account. Keeping this much to the customer who is paying by before the due date it not correct to suffer u r customers. plz see that it should not happen again.

Refer our complaint regarding fraud use of our credit card no. 4166-4415-0033-**** by miscreant elements executed under noted transaction:---

1]Rs. 3500/-in Sh.mart purchase.
2] Rs.4326/47 payment to tata indicom.
3]Rs. 2000/- cash withdrawal thru ATM

I immediately blocked the card pls do the needful.

Our previous bill amount due was rs. 1062.22 and rs 1070 paid by me then why did not get any messages my registered mobile number .

I am SUDERSHAN want to bring it to your kind notice that on 11/05/2016 i received a call from the cell no : +919205188768 and +91704233085 confirming that i am calling on behalf of Kotak credit card division. You are using our credit card and having maintained a good track record of your credit card and having earned more than 10000 reward points in your account, on the basis of which our company has decided to issue one more card ABSOLUTELY FREE OF COST known as world discount card. kindly confirm the particulars printed on your existing credit card because on new card the data must be same as printed on your existing credit card.

In this way he obtained information through IVR from me on phone. When i tried to refuse him by saying that why i should tell you my confidential details he further stated that for matching your particulars i am sending you a six digit number on your phone. He send this six digit number on my phone and ask me to confirm the same. he further confirmed that no charges will be debited to your credit card account or no reward points will be redeemed against this transaction. Immediately i got a message on my phone that Transaction of Rs.8,459.00 made on Kotak Credit Card XX7355 at ShopMantraa_EPayKerela on 11 May 16. When i object about he said it will be reversed to your account after 72 hours automatically.

I immediately reported this matter to Kotak customer center and they said the transaction has been done and if the merchandise will not claim the money in 7 days, it will revert to your account and if they claim within 7 days and he asked me to drop me email to raise a dispute. so kindly help me sir in stopping the payment and get my amount reversed in my Kotak credit card.

The courier people came to my house on 4th about 1 pm to deliver the credit card but at that time no body at home and he returned the courier. On 5th I have received the card PIN by courier.

I would like to inform you that I will not be available till 19th January. Hence I request you to send the card after 19th only, my mobile No 9848711211. Thank you

Kotak executive told me... we give u a credit card on behalf on your account. So i apllied that and i maintained the amount in my account what they told me but after all the documentation and formalities u declined my credit card request. Give me the specific reason for decline or i close the account in your bank.

I want to increase my credit card limit. Its only 15000. what documents or requirements i need to complete?

Hi,

I have paid the Rs 2000 on 08 september 2017 for my credit card number 4166 4643 0277 1712. We spoke with your executive to make the payment of your entire credit card amount. Then, your executive has called my friend and said something wrong about me. FUCK off, from where he found my friend's number. i did not mention her name/number anywhere.

Afterwords, i got the call from the same executive,(Ravi/Vinay) number +91 8595188236, while talking about the my friend situation, he was started abusing language with me which is behan, baap, i will f**k you and your mother. I have the call recording with me. I have never ever seen this kind of company anywhere. your services are pathetic, WHAT THE F**K are you doing siting on the post seat, where your people does not know how to deliver the such services to your customers. Your executive are uneducated seriously. I did the complaint in the consumer court as well plz speak with them and i will never pay your credit card amount ever. I want compensation and defamation claim from you. Being a lady, i would not tolerate such kind of abusing language in my life. I want that guy to be out from your company. Also, he was giving me the warning to do the complaint and more people will call you, what does it mean. It means, they do not have any mother n sister in your family.

Even I am the one who has taken the initiative to call your customer services for my payment, as I want to use your card again. However, I will never ever use your services and tell my friend and relatives about my pathetic experience with them. Also, suggest them that do not use your bank ever.

I would request you to kindly find the attachment of that call recording.
