I bought a maruti800 lxi from kotdwar, new model 2016. I notice that there is no ki logo on it back side. so please confirm me about it.

So I confused

I had booked swift vxi on nitin Vincent name on 06/10/2016.I was promised of delivery on 22/10/2016. And then another date 26/10/2016, then 30/10/2016, then another reason another date 05/11/2016, then 15,16,17 ...still going on. Every time I call they give promise on these day your car will be delivered, but still I have not received my car.when I cal they say I will cal u in 10 minutes but they don't even bother to cal back. My car chassis no is 88285. Now they say R.T.O is not passing, sometime they say company don't have that colour. Some time they say production is slow due to biwali. All these excuses are going on.

I am fed up with these people, now they are behaving like local guy. Some action has to taken against them. I mobile no is 7798288468.

This is to tell u that my key of car wagon r vxi no. UP32 FK 1621 has been lost. I have given my car four days ago for the repair of the damaged part. But when i have gone to take my car i saw that my key of car was lost. When i asked about this matter they said that they have send the request for the new key of the car to the service centre at gurgaon in new delhi with the emailed photocopy of RC. therefore i only wanted to know that when i will get my new key of the car wagonr vxi no.UP 32 FK 1621.

Its unfortunate to complaint that i have ERTIGA VDI MODEL. i have purchased it on january 2015. there is major issue related to gear shifting from one gear to another during driving. I have visited your authorized workshop and found that there is issue in synchronizer, gear sifting lock, gear ring and many things. and i am shocked that after running just 43000 km this type of issue is a failure of model and this type of issue should not be happened any how. I have another car of other company and its running around 150000 km and still not happened any issue related to gear or engine or any major expensive issue. so pls do need full to solve this type of issue.

Sir. we brought Ertiga zdi at sb motors rajahmaundry for sandhya cabs. we brought it on last december 23 2015 in the beginning we had a very good mileage like 18, 19 but now we are not getting even 12. and the engine number is d13a-5194893 and the chasis number is ma3fleb1s00358264lf. we are facing lot of problem with the mileage, several times we informed to the sb motors rajahmaundry but they didnt help us with the mileage. so please do kindly look into problem and help us.

I request everyone to pls dont buy Maruti cars because i purchased from Kunal Maruti, Chindwara on 18.1.17 a Ertiga ZDI on my name. These people are cheaters, they talk nicely until the payment and change their attitude as soon as the deal is completed. They promised to give me car accessories free with the car in written but now they are refusing to honor their promise. SO pls be careful.

This is to inform you that my car ALTO LXI bearing number BR_10J_3816 met with an accident on 29/12/2016 and bought it to Seemanchal Motor service centre Bhagalpur Bihar for its repair work. I was given the estimate of Rs.62,279.55 to which I deposited Rs.15000 as advanced . About after a week I was inform by the staff of the service centre that my AC system was also damaged at the time of accident , and you have to bear Rs.20000 extra to get it replaced. I informed this to the insurance supervisor to which he said that this is not a part of accident as it is far from the major impact area of accident which was on and around the right wheel of the car so no claim could be given on it. But the problem arises now that when I submitted the car my AC system was completely fine and it was not even mentioned as a defect in the job slip and the estimate slip, it was informed after almost 1 week to me. So I believe that my AC system is either damaged by the staff member during removal of its machine or some other way or it is replaced by so faulty AC system. I have a very good impression of Maruti's service but I am afraid that I will be proved wrong this time. So I request you to look into my matter and help me retain your company's impression. Thank you.

I have been using KL 18 Q 9070 Maruti ciaz car. my car met with accident on 22-9-2016. I have submitted my car in INDUS MOTOR VADAKARA for repair. The manager told the repair bill amount may be almost Rs 16000. I agreed to claim insurance. After repair the bill showed only Rs 8670. there is huge differences with company estimated price & bill amount. pls find solution.

Subject : Repairs of Maruti Swift Dzire Car

Sir ,
This is in context of repair of my car – Maruti Swift Dzire : Registration Number HR 51 AL 6672 , CHASIS NUMBER – MA3ESKD1S00333938. It has being giving trouble in running since December 2016 . It has run about 25, 000 km . I had sent it to The Maruti Authorized Service Center – MARUTI MANOCO SERVICE STATION, 25/1 CHETLA.KOLKATA
1. 18 to 20 Dec 2016 The repairs were done and I paid Approx. Rs 8,800. It started giving the same problem within 7 days.
2. I had sent it again for repairs in January to the same workshop, where a few parts were changed and I was charged Rs 748/-. The car this time was in the service center for three days.
3. The same problem recurred and this time I paid over Rs 11,000/- and some parts were again changed. The vehicle this time was in the workshop for over 15 days.
4. After 2 days, the car again broke down was taken to the workshop and returned after 2 days saying now everything is ok.
5. After 3 days, the car again had the same problem and has been returned on 07 Mar 2017.
6. On 10 Mar the car again has the same problem.

Probably, the defect is still unknown to the people dealing with it. As the car continues to have the same problem recurrently even after spending about Rs 20,000/- On the various parts, which were found to be defective, and the inconvenience caused. I request you to look into the matter and try to get the defect rectified and also refund the money which has been unnecessarily spent on the parts supposed to be faulty. As the defect has not been corrected even after change of those parts , the amount charged should be refunded. Also it has caused a great degree of inconvenience to me.

This kind of pathetic service i never seen. i joined for bimal maruthi suzuki car driving school 2/3days thing was going good after i got transferd to banswadi on work basis so i could not be able to attend the class. i request mr manjunath to give class in banswadi location driving school. at the same time he told he will send some mail to banswadi branch for the formalities to get the class but he took 2months to send that mail. i requested to banswadi team to call and get the things done but i can observe the negligence from his voice when he was on call. it has been 4/5 months i was busy in my work but no one called me for single and there is no mail communication. in the starting he told me to refer at the same time i replayed him let me take a experience then i refer and he replayed no sir this is bimal u can blindly refer, if i would have referd the same would have happen to them also. i am feeling people are interested in money not in get the things done.

Dear sir, i am the owner of maruti WAGON R maintaining from past 5years. i am having insurance coverage from show room insurance itself. on 10th march 2017 my car met with accident at vijayawada. so i took my car for repair to a near by maruti dealer by name MITHRA AUTO AGENCIES PVT. LTD., on the spot. they gave the job card copy only. since i am native of kakinada i came back to my home on the other day, after submitting all the relevant documents.

But till date there is not even a sigle repairing was initiated and when it will be over also no response from the dealer side. Pls help me and direct me how to get work done by this dealer further.

I have a mature Suzuki eartiga model of 2016 oners name uma acharya. Va NO SK02Z0173 but in this car their is a series of problem arise after six month. I have maintained my car for 3 or 4 times but my car is still malfunctioning. I have paid many times for the same problem and relatively series of related problems for more then two or three times but the problem still arises like start problem, the car stops when it climbs the hill side rode. I am anoyed and hareshed .if there is any alternative please reply me. the problems which i paid for in a month more than 3 to 4 times but also the problem is not fixed. please reply.

Maruti Suzuki service zero . No hearing by customer. No work in complaint. I have many time calling but no answer if answer not complete and not proper. My Ritz car worked by Rewari body shop and not working my remot when by car at workshop.

I have purchased an ertiga zdi+ from your dealership at saharanpur at atelier automobiles on 28/3/2017 . Registration was promised with in seven days. I have talk several times to GM of dealership but to no solution of my problem.it is 16days,I can't go for work.l complaint to customer care of maruti, but it also not working.please do not sell your vehicles on false promises.how many more days it will take.provide my RC immediately or take the vehicle back. I have to go to consumer court with no option left.

I had purchased a new car from indore MP from my car showroom on 11/04/17 nd from then now it hd stopped atleast 4-5 times suddenly and unnecessarily, very disappointed with the late service n all. When i called the nimad motors they said that you should open and check it by yourself. Is this correct if everyone could solve such problems themselves so it means everyone should be engineers highly disappointed.

Please register my complaint and contact the my car showroom indore for all that mess and help me to replace my car. Only 3 days before i purchased it. They sold us the model of 2016 by saying that no problem will arise and if it will then we are here for you and all. Please solve this problem.

An accident claim was taken in August 2016 against my car ciaz no CH 01BE 6500 at M/s Rohan Motors, Gurgaon. At that time my son was residing there and was using the car. The paint done on the front Bumper and has gone too much rusty. As now the car is with me in Panchkula, I was not able to contact M/s Rohan Motors earlier. On 29th April 2017, I went to Gurgaon and got my vehicle checked at the above said dealer. Mr. Saini attended and admitted that the paint is of very poor quality and needs repaint. I requested him that as I am residing at Panchkula, kindly arrange for repaint at any authorized dealer at Panchkula or Chandigarh to which he admitted. But to my dismay after a gap of nearly 25 days (in between I was in constant touch with him), he replied that GM Mr. Romesh has not admitted to repaint the vehicle at Panchkula/Chandigarh.

I had a talk with Mr. Romesh the said GM . He insisted to bring the vehicle at Gurgaon for repaint. I told him that to and fro distance from Chandigarh to Gurgaon will be approximately 600 KM and atleast a stay of 2 days, who will bear the expenses. He brutally refused and told he cannot do anything. Only this is the solution that I should take the vehicle to Gurgaon. Sir, if a person is on tour to any part in India, and his car requires such type of repair in India and got repaired at any station. and after he returns to his native place, in case of any repaint, whether he will have to move to that station. it is very amazing. An email was sent to M/s Rohan Motors last week, but no reply has been received so far. I am a sufferer and requires your attention at the earliest. My mobile no is 9417200078.

I had bought Maruti Omni (8-Seater) in November 2015. Since first servicing, It has some issue in Speedo-meter, Breaks, Seat-belt & Side Sliding Door which has not been solved yet. The Engineer at Sai Service - Fugewadi, Pune is ignoring to fix the problem & instead keep telling me that "It is Company's Problem which we cant fix". Please advise what to do.

This is to inform you that we got the delivery of our car Brezza VDI from the Sai service PVT ltd Phugewadi. After getting it home when we tried playing the audio system we found it that it was not working properly. It stops playing in between. The call drops automatically. Throughout the years we have only used Maruti vehicle. This is the first time we are facing the problem and the dealer also does not entertain us. He is asking us to come after 2 or 3 days. The question we want to ask is...

1. Isn't there any quality check done before sending the cars to dealer.
2. Isn't it the dealer's responsibility to give us the prompt service when they have been paid the entire amount.

We have booked Maruti Vitara Brezza ZDI Blazing Red color on 19.05.2017 in the name of Mrs. Geetha S Kamath. Now we intend to go in for a higher version i. e ZDI+ Dual (Blazing Red with midnight black). The query was raised on 11.07.2017 and we have not received any reply either from your dealer or from you within a period of 2 days proscribed by you. Today on inquiry with the Toll free no. I have been informed that a fresh booking is to be made for the any changes in the vehicle. In this connection, I would like to state as follows.

While booking of the vehicle, this was not informed and our earlier request of changes in the vehicle during our earlier purchase of Swift was considered. Every customer has their own choice of owning the vehicle and customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal of a true businessman. we are with you since 17 years and this is the third vehicle we are booking as we have selected your company for the good in service, good service center network. to my surprise such a company is not obliging their customers for a change in the type of vehicle before delivery ( 10 to 12 weeks is still remain for the delivery). Now fresh booking for the changes causes further delay in the delivery of 4 - 5 months which is too high time for any customers to wait to get the vehicle at their choice.

My request is to modify my changes in the vehicle type in the existing vehicle or else option is with us to go as per the existing booking vehicle (remain in the mind that the company is not obliged us for the higher version till the vehicle with us) or to cancel the booking and go for a fresh booking and wit for another 4-5 months for delivery ( at the time so many other new type vehicles may enter the market) or to go with the other other brand vehicle readily available in the market. Everything depend on how you will respond your customers request. Early reply is highly appreciated.

I have completed my all 3 services in BAGGA LINK MOTOR LTD ( compound vasant kunj, near fortis hospital opposite nirulas New Delhi) telephone no:-011-45688888) due to any reason i was not able to do 4th service in showroom. In this time my car battery got worse. I contacted to BAAGA LINK MOTOR . I checked my battery and the battery turned out to be bad. I asked them to change the battery in warranty card but company refuses. According to law of MARUTI company have to change the battery when costume have done his all 3 services from company. They told me that they will not change the battery in warranty and asked me to buy new battery and were telling too much rate. Then i bought by myself from ( Siddharthe battery, shop no 35, shoukeen market, IGNU road, neb Sarai, New Delhi- 110068) in 3900 RS. I could not wait for battery. I have to bought it in emergency because my car is commercial vehicle and it's my livehood. Please give me the money of battery from BAGGA LINK MOTOR OR MARUTI SUZUKI. Otherwise i will put up this matter in court.

I Baljeet singh makkar R/O Jalalabad (west) Distt. Faziika want to complaint about my car i have taken total harassment not a car from the maruti outlets at the cost of 10,50,000 in march 2017. I feel better to travel in a punjab roadways bus than in Ertiga. In last few days i have traveled an emergency tour with my family i was mentally harassed at midnight. Both rear tyres of my car were swollen tyres seemed me an old one as compared to the model 2017 of my car.

Respected sir/madam,

I Vijay Salunkhe, have grievance about the stock which was purchase on 29-06-2017 from your shop at parel. I had purchased total 9 articlel from which shop gave me 7 article and told me that for remaining two part i have to go to kalina, because the other two part were available at kalina, shop no. 14, Kalina auto part,CST road, MMRD area, Kalina Stanacruz (E) I agreed and went to Kalina because i was in need of those part, and bill was drawn by the western auto spares & services co. including all 9 article.

At kalina when I went to take that part which is known as Strut set, fr susp for both right & left , they delivered me these article in torn box. I asked about the torn condition of the box they said that its companies original article what happens if the box are in torn condition. but due to need of the said article I ignored the said thing by believing the said talk of the manager. Then after when I installed all the part which I purchased from the said shop and remaining form the kalina. and after installing the all part to the four wheeler vehicle i.e. aulto 800 we came to know that one part i.e. STRUT SET, FR SUSP RH is not working properly, as it was faulty , which I took from kalina.

Then I went to parel shop to tell this thing but they didn't listen me and said that we can't help you as its companies packing article. then I again went to kalina, who was also not ready to take any responsibility of the said faulty article.

Sir/madam I tried to get changed the faulty article from respective or concern authority and had good conversation with them which took almost two month but no use at last I had no option and now I am drafting this mail to you. I hereby request you kindly take note of my grievance and please take action on this.

Myself Mr. Prashant P Dabade owner of eritiga zdi plus smart hybrid diesel vehicle. my query is like that my second year renewal done by maruti insurance by icici by online suggestion from hubli RNS on by phone due to not ur executive not approached me for cheque. so again by tele calling they explain go for online but after two months i meet accident then i know my policy is not zero depreciation and my first year policy done on same zero depreciation. so u people me cheated on wrong commitments and finishing not satisfactory. so pl help or return me 7700 i paid from my pocket. my vehicle no KA48 M 7987. so or reply urgent.

On 4th Sep 2017, I was in Maruti Suzuki Goyal motor shimla doing my cusion car service no is hp62c 0922 we r reach there in MOning 9.30 bt our work not done till 1p.m that is the tym of lunch so we r ahead on Main gate of of Goyal motor shimla. I ask a boy that is employee in Goyal shimla bcoz he abusing me in mobile as well as that tym. I just ask him that how can u treat a customer then again he said what will u do and how u prove it. That time a girl behind me treat me badly and abusing and another employees came and crashing me back and call the police for me and create the issue that I'm wrong and I put a employee down. U can check all issues in main gate camera records so after that issue I enter in service branch. After some tym when I came back and employees of that office shouted on me hey Mr where are u going stay here and hold my hand. Then police arrive and matter was closed bcoz I didn't prove I'm wrong. So I explain it's the behave of Maruti Suzuki Goyal motor shimla I have owned 8 cars from here for my family and relatives and also I can exchange 2 or more in Nxt month bt no neverm its a shame full for Maruti.

I also says to u that I have done service and paid rs 3972 for it that us employees treated me like that and called the police for own fault. It's a Maruti Suzuki or GanglanD hmm I wish Maruti should be responsible for it and doing action on employees. I again says 4 or 5 employees that do like a don behavior.

I am booked swift optional (o) 27/7/2017. Dealer promised to me the vehicle handover with in the span of one month. The entire amount paid 30/8/2017. I could not get the vehicle till now.
