I have give my mobile lenovo vibe k5 note for repairing on 02/09/2016. Till now they do not repaired. They always answering we do not have parts of above mobile, If you can not provide parts please give me replacement.

I am using Lenovo vibe S1 since last 10 months, 3 to 4 days back my touch broken with normally working display, hence I went to Lenovo service centre Amravati (MS). your executive told me the expenditure of RS.8000/- whereas outside one of my friend is ready to repair it in RS.2500/-. At present the total online cost on Amazon is RS.9999/- so isn't it a loot of service center or company? I am very much disappointed and in future neither I am going to buy Lenovo mobile nor suggest to anybody to buy. Thanks.

Its really bad to say that I had purchased your Lenovo company product on Amazon recently with
IMEI1:865374021969897.
My phone switching off suddenly and gets restart itself , its really making a lot of trouble during calls. My phone is burning like a burger. (Even though i ain't running any apps). My Adapter is not working .(I am using USB to charge it.)

I have purchased Lenovo Vibe k5 before 2 1/2 months. Sometime my phone in headfone Jack show without in headfone and my charge was not properly working it was taking charge time 5hour then I visit service center. Service center of a man me provide time a Replace after 10 days again visit centre to come in usb cable but not received my usb cable. it is time too much delivery for repair and replace Lenovo company. I was visiting 19sep with problem concern centre. I was called service centre then they are answered your usb cable didn't yet service center so how can I give usb cable ....they are speak too coming product. Yet after 1 week visit service center again.

So I am absolutely frustrated from Lenovo company and those warranty time. yet my problem is not solving. really bad company of Lenovo because it is problem not responding on time. Fake product and fake accessories. I am worry about. Solve my problem when time.

I am very disappointed l had purchased Lenovo k3note in black color at Lulu mall on 10-agust-2016 with IMEI 869737024377274

My phone's touch is not working properly I visit Ernakulam service center on 14-Oct-2016 morning 12:00 their service is not sufficient. My phone have 1year warranty too. They demand 6000 rupees to 're build the phone again. I expecting a good service from you.

i have got lenovo K3 Note / A7000 Turbo Smartphone mobile. Sr.NO:HA0F5ZZV. i got problem of network. i m not getting range and i m trying to give for repair but in GOA state no service center to repair mobile. if i go to lenovo authorized service center panjim and Margao they said they dnot have authority to repair. my warranty is expired on 18 Oct 2016 from two months i m trying.

Lenovo A6020a40 camera front and back is not good not clear verybad. please replace cell it's new cell.

I have bought a Lenovo Zuk Z1 on 20.09.2016 from ebay.in. Now I'm facing lost of issues in this mobile. I took this to Lenovo authorised service center. They said me that this mobile not coverd by warranty. Because you bought from eBay.in. what is the reason for this warranty issue.

I have shown my mobile phone vibe k5 plus to a lenovo centre for two times for a hanging problems but when they have given my mobile back it works good for 5 to 6 days then again it Started hanging. it happens both the times with me, I think work in lenovo centre has been not done good there because if they have work properly it not happen at both the time. I need your help with your reply what I can do next? I have buyed my phone on just ,7 october 2016 it is new and it is poor service I think from Lenovo centre. Do what you can do best for my Mobile. I will be waiting for your reply.

Afterwards my cellphone got rebooted...once after rebooting procedure my Google icon datz visible on d top of the frnt page is not der... so I wanna know is dere any problem in new system..?
And how to bring that on front page?

I am very disappoint that i had purchased LENOVO A7020a48 in gold on 28-jan-2017 with IMEI1 861808031136496 IMEI2:-861808031136504. My contact no 9216713100.

I buy a Lenovo k6 note on 3 Jan 2017 after 30 days it's touch compliant and contact to service center they replace and return back after 10 days. After that volte not working and over heating mic not work properly etc. Request you to replace my phone.

I purchased lenovo vibe k4 note through Amazon 11 months back. Now it has problem with keypad. i could not find a authorised service centre in chennai. so kindly do mail to me to get repaired.

I have purchased a lenovo smart phone through online model no.Z1221 IMEI 1 no.865374022428620 Order #403-1670696-6904337 dated 2/08/2016. the phone has got repaired and i visited your T.Nagar service centre in the month of January 2017. they have repaired and give it to me. Again the phone battery backup charge is not for 5 minutes immediately switched off. Again i visited the same service centre i got a token number 5 and i was called me i handover the phone to one madam Srilatha. she immediately verify and told me that IMEI number is not matching, she harshly ask me take the phone. so this type behavior in service centre is very worst.

Again i contacted your toll free number one mr. mani from your customer care office after verifying the details has told that they have changed motherboard so IMEI number differs and ask me to hand over the phone to service centre persons but they have not ready to speak with them. Then i told the reasons they ask me to wait for two hours. i shouted her to receive my phone i give acknowledgement. finally another lady by name Divya has received my phone, I ask for receipt but they made some nonsense comments then i asked her to write the same. she wrote comment on the customer information silip that " customer cant wait.

So i was very much upset this type of bad and worst behavior of your service centre in Chennai. No i request that kindly change the phone with new one or otherwise i am going to file a case against the Lenovo company by cheating the customer by delivering defective phone. so i request that kindly take necessary reply to me.

Few days before when i was listening to music and my phone got switched off on it's own. I tried to switch it on but it just displayed its name. I took my phone to customer service center located at plot number 135 roshanpura road malviya nagar, bhopal madhya pradesh as my phone was under warranty. the person over there told that only software needs to be updated and so he did the next day. I don't know why he started opening my cell and resultant he destroyed the screen and now is asking me to pay for the destruction done by him.

I don't understand that why the person had to open my phone without my permission . I want you take my complaint seriously or else i will take action against your company. Thank you for causing me such a pleasure pain.

I am very disappoint that i had purchased LENOVO K4 Note Vibe on near about date 28.11.2016 in Black color with IMEI 860933037317972. I had drop to my mobile for repair mic on 03.04.2017 at "Maa Saraswati Computers-CSR" at H. No. 248A(pvt) 1st Floor, Gandhi Nagar Jammu and I also to compliant to customer care bearing toll free number 1800-30007678 on 05.04.2017 at 10:47 am, he will not satisfy to me regarding the handset mic problem.

Further I will to call service centre to Mr. Pardeep bearing mobile number +91-9596667459 on 06.04.2017 he ask to me you will wait for also seven days, I was shocked firstly he said only 03 days and then 07 day, WHAT IS THIS?

Therefore you are request to kindly solve my problem that will be most kindness.

Sir, i m facing lots of problems. In my Lenovo vibe k5 note wifi does not connect with any hotspot and even i can't do whatsapp video call heat problem also in the phone. And lenovo technical team number does not connect ever. So i will wanna say that Lenovo has cheapest service, and products of it are also cheap.
