I had a flight from Srinagar to Delhi at 11.55 pm on 23/10/15 and train ticket from Delhi to kolkata at 4.55 pm in same day. Next day Kolkata to Dhaka. When I had arrived at Srinagar airport, I knew that my flight will delay and the time was 3.00 pm. That time I was shocked because I am losing my time & money also. The spice jet staff Mr. Jugindor at Srinagar had shifted me the next flight and I had arrived in Delhi before my time, which helped me to catch the train Delhi to kolkata and next day Kolkata to Dhaka flight. Thanks Mr. Jugindor. I wish your good health and bright future.

I Ravi Medasani suppose to travel SG1 flight from Chennai to Colombo my pnr no H51B9S due small understanding in time l have missed the flight. and again I have flight for next day the was 350% higher side totally I have lost RS 25000/- can u please compensate for the same.

I with five other passanger border in flight noSG272 dated 25-1-2018 as a spicemax passenger our seat no are 3ABCDEF. Our meal is prebooked but after serving first two row hostess say meal finished & no meal is available.

My remaining money 400 rupees was not returned to me after a purchase of one in no. Soft drink of cost 100 rupees from Air hostess in Spice jet flight No. SG8903 from Delhi to Visakhapatnam on 29 June 2019 (PNR No.- ED7YYQ) due to non availability of 100 or 200 rupees notes with air hostess.I was sitting with my family in 31 row -A, B, C, D. My seat was 31 C. I have registered my complain at Visakhapatnam airport also. My Complain no. is 24693 dated 29 June 2019.

flight no. SG 254,Kolkata to delhi at 18:00 on 18.10.19.

After boarding,pilot announced that there is heavy rain at delhi and hence traffic congestion at delhi,so flight will take off after delay of 35-40 minutes.We remained seated and flight took off at 19:00.Crew member were very unprofessional, after each call they told that they are coming with water but you will get the same after 3-4 calls. Initially they were gossiping and started serving meal very late,there time management was very very poor ,even after pilot announced that crew member shall be seated for landing, they were selling/serving meal for pre-booked passengers because 4-5 rows were remaining for selling foods.

I have booked my meal with my ticket, during flight, I reminded air hostess many times that where is my meal,they simply told that she is just coming,but did not come.then i showed my boarding pass for meal,she took my boarding pass and told that she is coming with meal.In fact ,they misplaced my boarding pass also.After landing they simply told sorry,sorry,sorry.I neither got meal nor boarding pass. Before landing also, pilot announced that due to heavy rain in delhi, you may feel turbulence too,but in real, there was NO rain in delhi. After landing also, we were sitting inside plane for 15 minutes to come out.

I have booked the flight no SG229 on July 31 2021 morning 10. 20 am for an interview from Chennai to new delhi. They informed the flight was rescheduled after one day. So we donot want to be travel. So we ask for refund. The actual amount of the ticket is rs6500. But they told to refund only 2000 RS. The actual mistake is on their side. But they are not ready to pay full amount. I am not going to leave this. I will go to the respected authority.

I have travelled on your flight no. SG8904 & SG409 on 08 Jan 2021 and flight no. SG2410 on 20 Feb 2021 & SG287 on 21 Feb 2021. My PNR No are V5P5UB and OYSM4Z. Due COVID pandemic i used web check in hence original boarding pass is not issued to me. Theresore, it is requested to issue travelling certificate for the both journey in lieu of boarding pass (actually traveled on said date).

I had missed my bag in Jeddah because of missing my flight (Saudi Airlines) on 17/march/2023. Then I booked my ticket online on same date 17-03-2023 of your’s flight (SpiceJet). And I also make a report from your side (Bagge Irregularity Report) So I am requesting sir/mam kindly search my luggage as soon as possible. And my luggage number and whole details is on report kindly check it out.
