Ola cabs people plz unblock/unsuspend my account. it was not my fault, my cell phone was fully hanged while i was booking a cab and because of this your cabs got booked by me so many times. it was my mistake i appreciate it if you plz unblock my account again.

Ola is fraud... they charged 50rs twice as cancellation penalty. There own driver asked us to cancel as he was not getting the way. Ola customer care don't even pick calls.. they are fraud... i will tweet abt them... i wont let ola do more fraud.

They r the most pathetic services even there drivers too... nd this tym i will take ola n wont even pay. I am writing it in open.

Please note that Today i boarded a cab from Gurugram to Delhi and I am using o;a cab from long time. The distance from gurugam to my home is apporx. 55km and it takes maximum 2 hours.

Please be informed you that today it took 4 hours and reason behind it the driver was untrained he don't know how to use navigation.When the cab started he told the your luggage is too heavy that they are effecting my car performance, I told him to stop the car and check the weight of my luggage but he refuse to do that.

And we entered in delhi he stop the cab and driver stopped the car in the middle stating the cab was not booked for Delhi and after reconfirmation from the call center, he again started the ride. In the middle, we called up the Ola Call center to complain about his unprofessional behavior and then he stopped his car in-front of a Police Van & told them that we are drunk,intoxicated and we tried to put some powder in his eyes. Police checked us with all our luggage and leave us, so that was a most insulting thing that i have ever faced.

After that I called safety cell of OLA they verified his identity and they noted that he is not the actually partner of OLA, His known person registered that vehicle with ola and he was driving it.

So tell me one thing your company not verify the people before higher or making them a part of OLA.

Its a life threatening thing for me and after depart the cab i complained nearest police station of my house. BUT I HAD WORD WITH RISHI (SECURITY TEAM OF OLA) HE SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS RIDE.

OLA DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LIFE OF THEIR CUSTOMER AND THEY STILL READY TO CHARGE FOR THAT RIDE AND THEY CHARGED IT AS WELL.

I traveled from Sitapuri to Gole marketNew Delhi on 29jan2017 (CRN 550318855). Firstly driver used a long route via Buddha garden ridge road whenever shortest route is via dhoula kuan. You charged rs.302/- for above said including increased fare rs.105/- due to high demand. but sorry to say I didn't request for it. I'm so disappointed with this unjustified act. So I request you return my money 103/-. Which has been charged wrongly. Hopefully, look this matter positively.

Ten minutes ago, I booked a cab for airport and minutes later, the driver called me up saying there was a huge traffic jam near sector 21 metro station, Dwarka where he was struck for time time being. He advised us to get our booking cancelled and go in for a fresh booking. The moment I cancelled the booking Iwas told that they would deduct rs 50 from my next booking. Wow! How professional on your part, ola! First, you fail to reach us in time and then you ask us to cancel and then penalise us for the same! I had expected an apology and an alternative ride , the logistics of which should have been taken care of by the company, but not this!

I really would like to understand why your drivers have made it mandatory for every ride to be cancelled should be done only by customers for whatever reasons. They have all their best excuses to not come for pick up but they are never ready to cancel the ride. Infact they just command customers to cancel the ride and after that they have a perfect follow up with us to know if their booked ride has been cancelled or not. This is truly very irritating behavior.

Some driver are running without badge and ask to ur not a showing display image and driver Is another's. what the he'll is going on in ola? plz verify the correct driver other wise police issue happen.

Dear OLA Business Team,

I had bought a car and started with ola partners. PFA of MBG of ola in these mail.

These is MBG.( Offen its daily), Lets analyse it for 11 trips with Rs.3300/-

Major Part i would like to highlight is
1. How profitable ola partners(Driver's) are?
2. Intution of 1,00,000/- monthly (12,00,000/- annum) does is exist?

MBG is 3300 for 11 trips.( Driver is login for 12hrs).

1.Now , 3300-21%(ola commission + TDS 1%) = 2607 (Paid to drivers as net earning).

Cab with Swift dzire runs on diesel engine mileage 15km/liter and on road approx 230km /day to complete 11 trips.

2.Lets calculate Fuel incurred.
65rs/liter is diesel cost , 15liters diesel required so cost incurred is approx 1000rs.

so, 2607-1000 = 1607.

Cab is on loan ( drivers hardly get eligible to loan). 17000rs is monthly EMI so 566rs/day

1607-566 = 1041rs.

Maintenance (Cab Washing, air freshener, tissue paper, 40 days interval cab servicing, Mobile bills, Depreciation cost of vehicle 10%) cost incurred approx Rs.25000/- (Rs833/-day). (Car Service is done at every 10000km to maintain car as recommended by car manufacturer.)

1041-833 =208rs.

Wait some more,

28000Rs/ yearly insurance. - 77rs/day.

So, 208-77= Rs.131.

131*30 days = Rs.3930/ monthly / Rs.47160/yearly.( these value is calculated if driver rides for 365 days.)

So now if ola says that we offer 7200rs for 18 trips so let me remind drivers is a profession which requires lot of attention and physical stress to drive. Secondly, its not possible to reach out 18 trips daily because to complete 18trips driver need to ride almost 450km/day with more then 18hrs online and also ola keeps waiting for approx 30min after completion of trip.

So now my question to ola is, where is Rs.100000/- monthly?

First time i travel in ola but i was cheated by you. You r showing us one amount and taking extra amount. How can we travel next time do this type cheating. We like u but due to this harassment no one believe.

I had booked today Olashare from my residence at 12B Southend Park Kolkata-700 029 to my destination at 44/11Mall Road, Kolkata-700 080, ref OSN 363045359.car no WB04G9829, Driver Raju mob 9748348249. Much to my surprise and agony, I was informed by the driver that the system in the cab showed end of travel at Shakespeare Sarani which is much before my destination. My insistence that there was no mistake in my booking and address of my destination was correctly incorporated cut no ice with the driver nor with the customer care executive with whom I managed to speak. I had to disembark from the cab near Park Street crossing which was ony one third of my destination away from the origin of the trip.The entire episode is under record for due process of verification and redressal. I paid Rs 96/ for the trip which did not materialise. I should rightfully get refund of the booking money supplemented by additional expense of Rs200/- for travel by other conveyance to complete my trip. Hope, the co will take appropriate measures to address my grievance and make good the loss of money and time incurred and the trauma and agony undergone by me.

My uncle has booked Ola for a drop to RT Nagar. The driver is not aware of the route and knew how to speak Kannada but was fooling around as the people who traveled did not know the language. He was not ready to talk to me either when I tried to help direct the location. I have called Ola Customer service and explained the situation and requested a refund for the inconvenience caused. But the CSR was so adamant and said NO. I can strongly say Ola drivers are not professional and I have experienced very bad service in the past. I will never ever recommend a ride with you guys. WORST SERVICE IN TOTAL.

Iam a frwquent customer.I booked an ola to go to howrah railway station. I was supposed to catch train at 9 :30.I Booked iOS almost 2 her before.After waiting for 15 minutes and giving direction it sin not came.and cancelled bookin.Previously all cans come without problem.But Sunil Kr Jha (9748737661) is on the way in a White Dzire Tour WB04G4084. Pay Rs. 151 for this ride. Share OTP 4115 on boarding a cab. Did not came and cancelled booking after 20 min. Wasted my time i again booked it the driver was so foolish that he could not follow for. Not verbal direction and at last lament without talking permission. It cancelled. For such improper service I missed my train. I want serious action to be taken.

On 25-2-17 I have booked for cab to go to Railway station. Car number and driver number allotted. Driver called me and informed that he will be coming in fifteen minutes. Later within seconds the trip us cancelled without asking me. Later on I booked for an auto.Same thing happened again. I was forced to walk and brought another auto to go to Railway station. I am unable to understand what type of service it is. It is better remove vijayawada from your books. It is not first time. Earlier also it was happened. Simple message from ola stating that they are feeling sorry. Is it sufficient? When it happened in Hyderabad I have received a phone call and booked another cab immediately. Not happy. The worst state of affairs in Vijayawada. Please look into the matter.

I booked a sharing cab from my place to banjarahills after booking when I called the cab driver to know where is he. He said that is not sharing cab and then I said I want sharing and I will cancel this and I will bk again sharing cab he took cnr no and I cancelled that .when I was looking for other I got msg that for cancellation I am charged rs.75 for my next ride where as that was not my mistake. I request ola to consider this pls and cancel the charge add to my next trip.

Yesterday I travelled by ola cab at Patna. the driver demanded cash despite funds available in ola money account, which I paid. Thereafter I received a mail on above mail id mapped with ola cabs that olamoney account debited. while trying to lodge complaint wrong option was selected and my account has been blocked. Pl unblock my account.

I had a pre booking of OLA cab this morning at 9:15 am. All along till 9:20 am, my booking was shown schedule. Suddenly, to my horror, I discovered, that my ride is cancelled by the OLA management, leaving my under deep trouble. Under such circumstances, I had no other choice but to go for OLA share, which I do not prefer, unless, this is extremely needed. I am surprised, how such thing can be happened, when OLA is doing business on PAN India basis, and people has become used to opt for OLA cab on their need. May I ask OLA Management, whether, they have taken people's trust on ride?

For the first time I used Ola money. Put in 599Rs, plus 149 as Ola share pass. The rides were Rs 70 each? How did I exhaust the amount in 6 trips? Had to pay for the 7 th trip. In the mean time, the ola Ap shows as 3 rides left. I must understand the billing for me to trust you and put in more money? Please do explain.

I downloaded the ola app for the first time and my experience was very bad with your company, this is the way how you treat your customers. It is really disgusting.

I booked the ola auto from huday city center metro station to go to my office which is situated in Udyog Vihar phase 4. I booked the ola auto 2 times and your driver cancelled it straightaway. I thought your app will be helpful for me to reach to my destination quickly and it will cheaper but for the first time only you treated in this way. I am uninstalling the app now I will go with Uber atleast they don't treat their customer like this and never recommend anybody to install your app. You all just created the bad impression on your customer.

I'm vincent, I booked my cab today (23.03.2017) morning at 9.04 am. wherein i got tagged to a driver Mr. Ramamurthy A, since he is little away few kms. He told me to cancel the cab from my end, However i informed him that since he wanted to cancel i told him to do it and which i cant do it, on saying this he used very bad language. i called him second time for enquiring how can he speak like this, for the second time too he spoke in such a bad way.

The drivers are so abusive & manner less. They even dont bother serving customers. I was a customer of Ola from day one, I really lost the image of OLA service today because of him.
