We have purchased one Monitor 15.6" Led Aoc from M/s. Computer Gallery Thrissur on 3rd August 2015. Accidentally broken its display. Now we have to replace the display. Hence we have to know your service center at Trivandrum. LabX, Trivandrum

I have purchased AOC Led TV 42" on 14th august 2014 and it is in guarantee period. TV 1/4th display was broken inside. I have registered one complaint on 26th September 2015 job no 150926204840. Engineer visited our house on 30th sept. 2015. He checked the defective TV and he said that it has to be replace but till now no service provided or Tv replaced and there is no response. I want my service done any condition.

I bought my aoc led 32'' on 23 JAN 2013. but tv performance is very bad. 5 times tv starting kit has changed and also these time starting kit has corrupt. i want to help legal action on company.

There is no picture showing in our LED TV. The problem is happening from last two days. Customer care does not responds.

No display on aoc 20''monitor and company doesn't response i will never by any aoc product, very bad service.

I have purchased AOC LED TV on 01-05-2013 from Silchar, ASSAM with MODEL NO LA32A3520/61. Last one (1) month my TV has stooped screen play. When I switched the TV it has only showing the signal light but total screen has dark and did not open any Channel or program. I there for registered my complain to my dealer for this condition & he told me for complained to the registered office through email.T here for now i registered my complain to you. please solve this problem as early as possible. Suddenly there is no picture showing in our LED TV only voice is coming. The problem is happening since two days.

I contact many time customer care no. 08067886788 each time response is...part not available. Please confirm me monitor repair by aoc or part which time will be available.

The AOC-43A LED TV become unserviceable since 9th Sept, 2016. Pl. arrange repairing / replacement as the case may be.

HDMI port of the monitor is not working.

Good evening sir, I purchaced AOC 42inch led tv on 31-3-2015, model.LE42k09D serial no I4SA002854. after some time (out of warranty) it suddenly stopped working. I complained to the service center of the company on 29-12-2016 and my job no 161229203273. Yesterday technicians came from Bhopal to look at it. They told that both powerboard and motherboard are faulty. Pls tell me the actual price of the power board and mother board, so that i can get it repaired.
