Sir, After lapse of so many time for lodging complaint, nothing has been heard from your site. It is once again requested to do needful in the matter please. my earlier complaint details are as under. Please refer my earlier complaint, till date no solution has been received nor any amount not received in my account,

The following transactions are found to be made by somebody from PAYTM using my ATM card which was entered for payment in your site and no any mail or any SMS is received by me regarding the transaction. This is a fraud case and some one are making this type of transactions. I have already registered my complement on 31/12/2016 by my registered phone 9687473883, but till date no any communication are received from your site. The details of which are as under:

I don't reacived my lost balace from paytm . My friend with the paytm account at the number 9694612071 sent me 5000 rs and 1000 rs at my paytm account which i was not using at the number 9667680209 that is my routine telephonic number but my paytm account was at the number 8440956456.then i created an account at my routine telephonic number 9667680209 but i couldn't get money on my paytm account. my transection id are 5750970434 and 5751057326. please make recovery of my money as soon as possible.

This is to inform you that on 18th January,2017 I have received rs. 3800 from another account and then on the same day I have also transferred rs. 1000 to another account and rs. 2 . After that I have checked my Paytm wallet balance it was fine but yesterday when I have checked my balance it just shows 0 balance ...... It's really shocking for me, then what will I do now...... I want my money back. Plzz tell me the solution otherwise I will file my complaint in consumer forum court to get refund my amount.

Hi, I have been facing a problem from Paytm by not receiving the money of Rs 5000 transferred from my friend, My friend had transferred money of Rs-5000 to my Paytm account instead of sending to my bank account on date 05/01/2017 (Txn ID : 5280741813) whereas I was not an active user of Paytm at that time and thereafter I installed the app and log in to my account and confirmed that the transferred amount has not received then and till now, we both tried to raise a complaint dispute through Paytm phone customer's service and we got an irresponsible service where he was told that the amount will be refunded with 24hrs-48hrs and its almost a month nothing happened and I was responded to customer's care by putting me on hold and make to wait until the call gets disconnected automatically. and later I have registered the complaint against the issue more that 10 times till now and every time I get the call from customer care by the new person and after explaining the entire dispute to him and then a repeated reply from them is " The Issue will be resolved within 24hrs -48hrs" and after again I have to register the new complaint again just because I never received a call for the previous complaint within 24-48hrs and then same reply and its been almost a month now, still the issue is not resolved,

Reference complaint no raised from Paytm customer care given: 20200765

Please resolve this inconvenience made to me byPaytm ASAP.

I am Rupalatha Nadella as iam facing problem with paytm wallet. On Rupalatha @peseng.net paytm account. I Have added 2000 Rs in Paytm Uber Account. after that i have rided 4 to 5 rides for Rs.750 approximately but when i check my balance on 01.02.17 balance showing as Rs.0. how is it possible to become balance zero unnecessarily if dont ride in uber. please check and respond me i have already mail u 2 times from mail id rupalatha @peseng.net previously yesterday but no response till now. please solve my problem as early as possible. not customer care executive facility is also not there. do u think that customers are fools.

I am paytm account holder and my mobile no. 9810338989 and few days back I wrongly signed out my Paytm account and thereafter I am unable to log in despite the fact that I am trying my password and my paytm has been blocked. That I made several complaints on your customer care number 9643979797 but I could not got response despite assurances and I also sent complaint on email but no heed was paid to my complaint. My account balance is around Rs. 1400/00. I also requested for refund of my amount but till date I have not got the refund.

That my amount has been mischievously been withheld by you and I have been put to untold, hardship , mental pain and agony. By way of this legal notice I request you to transfer the amount into my saving account number 30466864377 branch State Bank of India Tis hazari Branch. It's IFS code 0000726 or else would be constrained to initiate legal proceeding for refund of my amount and I am also liable for compensation untold, hardship, mental pain and agony.

Hello sir,
I order sunglasses which has 108 rs with delivery charges. Item come yesterday at 12 'o' clock. We open the pack so they are wrong piece or very bad quality piece. At evening we see status they show item shipped but not delivered. So we do cancell item and the end they show processing failed and my 108 rs will pending and they show pending refund. So please refund my money.

I have been made airtel internet recharge for mobiles of Rs. 165 but transaction is failed and money trf to wallet. i want to know what is problem behind it and when my money transfer to bank. in the last week i also had made tata photon recharge of Rs. 299 in the same manner transaction declined and money transfer to paytm wallet. i had given instruction to transfer it to bank account but still it is not transfer and now it not shown it paytm wallet also. pls revert our money of Rs.299 & Rs. 165. as soon as possible. kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
