We are using parryware tochfree sensor for uriner vessel but its automatic relay is not working. I have already contact to customer Care he ensure us that our service engg. will come & resolve the problem but over 5-6 day but not respond till now please resolve my problems. my contact No. is 8755903928.

We have fixed one new toilet for our new house around 2 years ago. After one year the flesh got leacked and we have complained this with parryware but till date not solve the issue. Please note the complaint nos which we have received and which ended without any result. on 12.07.17 (CPL12071702) Message ' Mr.Suresh will be attended (9605244561) Customer care centre 0484-2800541' on 10.11.17 again complaint registered (CPL/101117/04 ) but call was completed on 16.11.2017. Again one more complaint registered on 21-11-2017 (CPL/2011107/02 message received that Mr.Benni George will be attended. Call complted on 29-11-2017 but nobody attended and issue not solved. If parryware is having any customer care, please investigate and found what have happened these complaints. If you people can not do any warranty to your product and proper service, please inform us so that we can do further proceedings. Sir, I have the following to submit for your kind consideration.

I, Commander Manoj KG is a serving Indian Naval Officer with Indian Navy for the last 23 years and presently posted at Visakhapatnam on a frontline Destroyer class of ship. As a professional Marine Engineer, I have been appointed at various Indian Naval stations and thus left my aged parents at my home town in Kochi. I had constructed my home in 2009 and as in my previous case used sanitary fittings of M/s Parryware make purchased in end 2008/early 2009 from M/s Ideal Sanitary Ware, Vytilla, Ernakulam.

In Dec 2017, I when on leave had observed a minor hairline cracks on one of the western style commode which further aggravated to a major crack a month later. On discussing with reps of M/s Ideal Sanitary Ware, Vytilla, my father, Mr P G Kaimal was made to understand that there exists a provision for a guarantee clause in case of a material failure within a span of 10 years of purchase. Accordingly, my father was told to approach the regional office at Edapalli, Ernakulam. The technical experts of your firm had visited my residence and taken photographs of the defective commode and informed my father that the matter is being referred to the zonal head quarters in Chennai. I was additionally told to forward a personal mail in this regard to avail the offer as per guarantee.

I also regretfully inform you that although I had purchased the said items in end 2008/ early 2009, I am not in possession of the bills or receipt vouchers of the said items. The firm M/s Ideal Sanitary Ware, Vytilla however remembers that my father had visited and purchased the items from their store but is again not able to retrieve any records in this regard. Since I have been constantly sailing and my parents reside alone at my hometown, they were also not able to safe keep the said bills. As a government servant with Indian Navy, I value my items very dearly and request your kind intervention in providing me a relief under the guarantee clause existing in your company policy.

Considering the long term relations I have been having with your firm and towards reinstating customer belief in the reputation that your firm commands, I request you to kindly consider my case for either re-imbursement or free replacement under the existing guarantee policy of your company. Awaiting a favorable reply from your side.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the customer care support team in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

I have purchased complete Parryware goods, wall mounted w/cs, wash basins, showers, taps, concealed flush tank, etc., for more than 1 lakh rupees.... For my home just a week ago.

I asked the customer care support from Parryware to assist for my plumber through the dealer where i have purchased complete accessories of your products.

As per dealer assistance, your support team one of the guy visited my new constructed home but no use because he cannot even explain anything technically to my plumber and me (The client/owner) and not even spent 5 minutes at site and left.

I really very absurd due to his behavior and what is the meaning of customer care...... Could you explain why are you keeping the company people without having knowledge of your product and sending to site.

This is the way your company customer care team behaving and doing nothing after coming to the site.

Regarding this issue take necessary action immediately.

I made complain at Patna customer care, CUN 280322 /11 and CUN 070422/11.

The complain I made was not fully resolved. The toilet seat's hinges which was broken has not been fixed yet. Your guys are not providing any kinds of accessories on behalf of parryware.

There was a call from your parryware company. The cost of toilet seat cover was said to be Rs 3000/-. For such a small accessories your have to pay Rs 3000.

It’s been 8 months 10 complaints every. Month one complaint where the symphonic model cute is not flushing the human. Waste properly technician Mr Deva reachable at +91 95006 63700 and the sales manager. +91 97910 13204 visited but very satisfied with there product by flushing paper and thread even after sharing. The photos and video of the waste struck on the mouth of the closet Kindly arrange for replacement I cannot wait anymore.

The seat of my Regal s.pcs strap commode broke after 5 months of use. Customer service gave me another number to call. On calling that number they gave me their number. Fed up of customer care. No solution was provided even on the WhatsApp customer care number. They gave me the same number. The website complaint form is not getting submitted. Would request urgent support. Have wasted enough time!

I have replaced the plunger (slow/fast) on 26th sep (which was delivered by your ahmedabad br) & make the payment but the plunger was not working properly. Hence i have ask to replace it.the technician of your office come & replace it by making payment through Google pay. this indicate that i have make two time payment for only purchase of one plunger. i have requested to refund payment of one plunger which i have still not received till date after making frequent reminder. pl help.

Wall hung toilet sheet concealed part and english sheet required, sheet cover part.

I did complain but technical person giving everyday false commitment for visit date , and now
not receiving my call , what is it???

Your last technical person haven't knowledge to write the company name Spelling
what can we expect from those ??
