Though being expensive sandals, very disappointed with Quality and Service of Woodland Product. Big disappointment. Already forwarded a mail to Care but not yet received any confirmation from that end. I had purchased sandals from Aero Club, Gulbarga -585102 Karnataka state on 2nd April 2017, poor quality.

Very poor quality for woodland shoes. i am purchase only woodland in shoes 15 days and shoes are rubber is open one right shoes and left shoe rubber cut photo attach. i am not accept the woodland shoes quality aero group is world very good and your headquarter is canada so not cheat the customer. customer purchase only wood and aero group quality. so plz connect with me and resolve my problem and i am not repair my shoe my connect number-9210467037

Woodlands looks like most arrogant Shoe company, not bothering to respond to either written or verbal (call centre) communications.

1) I bought 2 pair of shoes from Inorbit Vashi Showroom at Navi Mumbai, I think in end 2015 or early 2016.... There have been repeated quality issues. right from beginning.

The oxford /Cambridge shoe as you see below...2 times over 4 months its upper uprooted from sole? Plus the shoe is becoming loose as I Wear . I think the Woodland shoes other then the trekking/weekend are NO GOOD. I had to made several visit ..Bought insole also from same showroom......paid parking fees on 4 different occasions at this Mall!

2) Slip On Shoes- always loose...Right shoe more loose then Left one ...bought Insole ...of no help...then they gave me padded insole(FOC).

.I am funnily using that in my right shoe...left seems to be OK...But the pair is very uncomfortable..I did raise a telephone complaint on your help line...but never got any return call on the matter.

Both pairs are out of warranty ....BUT...they leave very poor impression of Woodland quality. I think I cannot recommend Woodlands to anyone for purchase( the black formal shoes)

=> The last repairs were done by receipt as below ( 2nd time on same shoe)

And Last week ..While I was travelling in Taiwan ...My twice repaired shoes completely broke down,,,,I threw the shoes in waste bin in another country.

This is such a painful experience... My confidence in Woodland products is just gone forever. Also no RESPONSE from any Woodland Media...speaks volumes about your indifference to Customer Concerns

Hi, I have purchased Woodland shoes and within a month it got pasting issue.... it's sole gets open :( which is not good for a company like Woodland b'coz it's global brand and people believes them for it's brand... trust on them!!! Two months before premium quality shoes I bought the shoes on 23/09/2017, which has changed the color of the middle part from the washing with water, so also again washed in the same condition.

I had purchased on 16-12-2017 and after the purchase I had start to wear from 22 of this month but horrible to see that the left pair of the shoes is difficult for me to wear as because the stitching is not good and I had a severe pain in my knee of my upper portion.

Tomorrow I am going to complain through mail and through over phone too. Let see what can be done from ur ends.

I purchased premium quality shoes at surat bhagal branch. within a 20dayd used and sole pasting is loss. very bad experience for woodland.

I purchased a shoes from your trivandrum branch which worth (RS 6000 plus). Within 20 days from the purchase the colour of the shoes started fading from blue colour to light brown colour.

I have mailed a detailed complaint to the company and there is no response from it. so, i am going to file a petition on the consumer court.

I purchased woodland shoes from Aero club woodland store, G-40,abul fazal enclave part-2 Shaheen Bagh New Delhi on 06 may 2018, article no was FWR men shoe GC0926110Y15, Ogreen, 39 for rs. 3995/-.

The show room staff said ' do whatever we cannot address your concern and cannot repair/replace the shoe, we only repair stitching and pasting but your shoe's leather break we cant do anything for this. Cheap and poor quality brand don't go this brand. cash counter person talk like rudely miss behavior.
