I have an salary account in Kodak Mahindra bank for the past 1.8 Years. While I am opening salary account they didn’t add my reimbursement account so that I went to ask the adyar branch Dec 30th they have to me corporate salary account team phone number. I tried several times (4 times Per day) as of now I didn’t get a not even single call from them. I went to ask several time to the adyar branch and also I raised a complaint, till now they didn’t resolve my query so that I am switch over my salary account to some other banks.

Kotak is not at all providing any customer support. Called their toll free number multiple times but they are not providing any option to talk to the customer care executive. Their support email addresses are also not working.

Dear sir,

1 21.01.2017 to over limit 500 Rs & service tax 75 Rs Extra amount debited. I wish to inform you that I did not crossed any over limit. If you have any data please provide me. 2 05.03.2017 to interest charge 655.42 debited 3 05.03.2017 to Servive tax 92.07 debited.

Many times i am mailing to you, you are cheating to me and customer care representatives not responding properly. If the problem has not resolved,I ll go ahead to consumer court and social media and I ll publish the cheating in facebook,whatsapp and other social medias. Call me 9743366247 (Kannada speaking representative only).

Please find the attachments. The attachment shwing as extra how much amount has debited from my credit card. We found as totally 1336.52 rs extra amount debited.

Can't get through, trying to speak with one of the customer care executive but that's not happening, The problem still exists. Poor bank service.

I dont have any loan with kotak but they show 20 late payment. How is it possible?

How i can contact to customer care, i tried your help line no but its worst. there is no option to contact to customer care executive.

Worst bank service.. no proper contact number for customer care to speak to executives regarding any further queries.

I am trying to reach the customer care by dialing 18602662666 but I am getting tangled with the options to select numbers every time asked by the machine. I need to talk to the customer care executive which I am unable to because i am getting no option for that. Is there any option to talk to the customer executive??? Or there are just simple machinery instructions only???

Disgusting service.. I am trying to contact with customer support plenty of times but its deny. in a good time if it connects on providing all the options in credit card section there will plenty of queue. Above this the number is chargeable not a toll free. just retrieve to me to the mail i provided sivakrishnareddy0808 @gmail.com.

Dear sir,

Mr. Akil approached me to open bank account in ur bank. I opened a bank account no. 0211690380. He persuaded me to open junior account of my Daughter Anushka Sharma A/c no 5211736069 with a monthly recurring deposit account with an amount of Rs 2000/ per month in April 2016. I transferred Rs 10000/ to the junior account of my daughter and mr Akil assured me that after 5 month the amount required in junior account of my daughter shall be transferred from my account, which has sufficient balance to maintain the RD amount of my daughter.

However I was in the impression that the RD amount is transferred regularly but to my utter surprise when I received massages of the bank in December visited the bank to know the facts. I was shocked to know that more than Rs 3000/ is debited to my daughter account. I immediately gave a cheque of Rs 20,000 to be credited to my daughter account. On enquiring from Mr Akil why all this has happened, he assured that due to shifting of branch at Lucknow it had happened, the amount charged shall be credited to my daughters account. I visited again yesterday to know whether the amount is credited or not but came to know that no credit has been given.

Firstly I am shocked to see the charges of Rs 517/per month to my daughters account and sum of Rs 200 three times for one more charges. That too for the months of July to December, when I have not received any message.

I request you to look at my personal account, my daughter junior account and my daughter RD account. Being I was maintaining sufficient balance in my account and due to shifting of branch of the bank I should not be penalise on this count. And the amount debited be immediately credited to my daughter account.

I'm getting irritated with these customer care service numbers, there is no option to talk to executives, not at all responsible. I really wanted to scold these guys like anything.Can't control my anger. Dialed to above customer care numbers many times, sent mails many times, but no use.

How to reach out these people?

my account is salary account. from last 8 months regularly my salary gets credited in the kotak account. but still kotak bank debited 1416 rs for 2 months non maintenance charges. kotak bank employees gave me closure form.. w.t.f...worst service never open account in kotak.

Hi,

Its been like more than 3-4 i am trying to connect to your cx care Rep but there is not any option for that. This is totally disappointed services i have been a very old customer of Kotak and I have some issues with your services.

I want a call from your side right now or please let me know the process to speak with the Representative. Else I would have to close my Debit as well as Credit card as this kind of behavior is seriously not accepted.

Even small company or organisation will have a customer care person who speak to customers. But u guys not having any option in ur call to speak to the executive. Worst am saying the worst experience ever faced. Please keep in mind bank is related to money and every penny is worth for us. We need to know many things related to bank account if this is the way u do. Am going to lodge a complaint over this.

My money got deducted and the account balance directly came down to 0. No one is responding to emails or the customer service no is always busy. WORST SERVICE.

I have yet to receive my credit card, almost 2 month no update till date.

After I contacted the customer care they said it have been declined, but they haven'y given me any clarity why it have been declined, meanwhile I have approached the nearest bank branch.I haven't received any update till date.

Frankly speaking very bad customer care service.

Very very bad service from this bank and fucking customers service ... And now suggest everyone not to have a account in this bad bank and as soon as possible i vl get out of this bank and make my friends to get out of this bank for their bad service ..so my suggestion to every one who are thinking of having an account in this bank don’t go for this bank and simple le they make unnecessary charges and make huge amount deduction form your accout kotak is for ni kaddupu kotu.

How should i contact your customer care number it is ridiculous yaar.. hw can i talk to ur bank?

I already had 2 lakh of fixed deposit in my account but still bank deducted around 900 Rs for not maintaining 10000 in account. How is it possible that a person having FD of more than 2 lakh is not maintaining minimum balance. Fixed deposit is not being considered. Why ?? because other banks like Citi bank are considering fixed deposit also and there minimum balance is 1 lakh.

And no one is picking call in customer care. My debit card is not working but should I get it solved.

What the hell service you provided to your customer. We try to reach you at your both toll free no. But all the no. are not reachable.

Main statement is that why my money deduct from my account continuously without any reason. I always got msg and check that some of the balance has been deducted.

Need help for net banking. Your customer care numbers are pathetic and useless. Pls ask your executing to give call to me.

I seriously think Kotak is the most stupidest bank compared to other banks. Their apps r designed to debit money automatically without prior notice and the customer care service is unimaginably the worst. I seriously regret banking with this worst bank. LOST TOO MUCH MONEY.
