I bought Intex Aqua Y2 Pro Mobile on 09/01/2015 and I am facing problem since then. I gave it to the service center for repair too but still having the same problem. The phone switches off as soon as i plugin to charge. Plz replace my phone.

I am sending you this mail to complaint about the Poor Service I got from the provider of INTEX COMPANY.

My name is MANIH SONI and I am from SURAT, GUJRAT.

My Sister ANKITA SONI bought a cell-phone of your company from “MY MOBILE” Celution Corporation, located on 12/13 , Ambedakar shopping center, Ring Road, Surat-02 on 15th AUG 2014. The Model number of my device is INTEX AQUA N15. The problem occurred with cell phone within few days of purchase. The phone was heating up badly after charging So we went to MY MOBILE SHOP from where we bought this device. The Shop Owner told us that it is just normal heat and nothing major problem with the device. But the phone was heating like hell eventually.

After six month, in February, device got even worse problems. It was restart automatically and the heat remained same bad. So as the cell phone was under warranty we went to the service center of Intex Company namely “TRUE VALUE COMPUTERS PVT LTD” located at, 103, Center Point Building, Near Kadiwala High School, Ring Road, Surat, 395002. They operated my phone and told me that you have get repaired this phone outside of Intex Service Center and that could be the reason of that. I never went to Another local shop to repair that phone.

I know my phone is under warranty and company is responsible for certain period of time so why would I go to another shop to waste my money. I have common sense that I should go to company and not other shop as I have warranty. But the service center didn’t listen to me and told me that phone is not under warranty anymore and I have to pay Rs.2500 If I want to repair it.

We the common people of INDIA buying cell phones and other electronics from the INDIAN MADE MANUFACTURES like intex to uplift the spirit of “Be Indian Buy Indian” and in response we get this type of such bad costumer service. Is this fair?

I got extremely disappointment from your company. Now I have filed a COMPLAIN against INTEX TECHNOLOGIES (INDIA) at SURAT CITIZEN COUNCIL TRUST on 18th Feb 2015. And we have already sent a LEGAL NOTICE about this matter to your company.

YET We did not get any positive response from your side , after one and month. So we are sending a REMINDER NOTICE to your company. Now we are bearing many problems from last three months with this device.

It is my humble request to your company to take an action above this matter and to CHANGE my Device.
If still I will not get any positive response from your company than I would file a legal case on your company soon .

I have already support of eight customers of your company who are having same kind of problems and we are stand strong and committed to get this problem solved. I hope your honor will consider my request and I’ll get best service in return. Thank you.

I bought Irist vide bill GI/15-16/R-28911 on 7-9-2015. This was delivered to me without an IMEI No. Upon inquiring I was told to go to Yash Mobile service center of Intex. Even after 2 days they could not feed the IMEI no. They have sent it back to Intex. Upon inquiring I have been told that it is an IC problem and that IC will come from Noida in another week. Now it is 10 days and I have no news on when I will get my Irist.

Firstly I am surprised that a co. like Intex sent me a phone without an IMEI no. Secondly their service center cannot rectify the same. Thirdly the toll free helpline no is of no help because when I asked them to give me the email id of customer care, I was told that their is no email id where i can give a complaint.

After all these harassment I want a replacement of my Irist in a perfectly working condition. Please note that I haven't been able to use my Irist even for a minute due to the lapses of such a reputed co like Irist. Hopefully you will look into the matter and do the needful.

Most request fully, i beg to say that i am Raj Ranjan from Bettiah (Bihar). On 13-07-2015 i had buy a "Intex aqua power +" it's IMEI no. " 911442502726211& 911442502726229. But it was not working on about last july. Than i had give it for repairing. When i had received it, it was not working properly. Again and again i had give it 3-4 times regularly. From last July to till now i don't have got my fone. I had call your customers and area distributor many times but i don't got right and and i am not satisfied with them. Than at last time i am send request to you. I hope that you will think this problem.

This is for your kind information that my mobile was given for TOUCH NOT WORKING problem in explore technologies authorised service centre on 29/8/2016. i got it back on 24/10/2016 but problem not solved till now still touch problem is there. Sir, I need Volte ROM for Inex aqua star 4G. I getting many trouble & problem owing to LTE because . Because I am using Jio sim. So, I want Marshmallow+ Volte ROM to avil Benefit Of Jio sim. Hence, kindly generate new Volte Rom for Intex Aqua Star 4G as soon as possible.

Your company has no responsibility? You can not be satisfied with the customer? There is no service to your company. There is no good thing available. When you want to be harassed for your company. You do not have to remind yourself, what is your company's mission and what are you doing? Think about your customers and companies.

I purchased a mobile Intex aqua super on 18 Apr 17. after started using I felt the mobile is over heating and battery drainage was very fast, voice over call was very low. After 2 days of purchase I reported back to shop which directed me to service centre, where he updated the software, but problem remained unresolved.

I contacted customers care given on Intex app. He again redirected me to go to service centre , he again updated the software and told me that he has changed the speaker and if still problem persist it is due to Jio SIM, But I was not satisfied with the answer because Jio sim on mobiles were working nicely. But this time overheating was less compare to previously, After one month again mobile was in previous condition and i had to report to service centre the person on service centre told me to deposit the phone at least for 15-20 days so that he can send the mobile to company for board changing. But at that time i was about to move from that city (Vizag), So i didn't deposit the mobile. After reaching in hoshiarpur I told same to Intex service centre they agreed to take the phone but told me to come on some other day to collect the receipt. So I did not submitted the mobile, today I reported at Ambala cantt service centre, mechanic told me that it will take 15 to 20 days and I have to pay charges as battery is swollen, which was unacceptable for me as I have not used a mobile satisfactory even for a single day and they r asking for charges.

Then I again contacted with toll free customer care number, first it was Ms Khusbu was not able to suitable reply when I asked for conversation with higher channel She disconnected the phone after holding me for about 15 minutes, then after trying for many time Ms Archna connected me to Mr Sagar Who told me that I have to pay charges as it is a company policy. He told me to give the call to service centre representative, who told him that mobile is not registered online. Sir is it my fault that I have tolerated for so long the misbehavior and insults caused to by company product and it's representatives?

I purchased a new phone INTEX AQUA SELFIE and it's been not even a month it is giving touch problem. So I went to my near care center on 04/06/17 and they informed me that their is some trouble with software so they updated it and it's been only 2weeks after the servicing and phone started giving me same problem. Please change my mobile phone.

Today i have purchased LED intex55 inch from wall mart but service was not good service advisor available on store. i have not received warranty card and manual guide still i am not install my tv my very much upset with your product my contact no is 8485035858. i request you to give give me a call and provide me a service and wall mart service is very cheap and third classs.

I brought intex aqua dream ll mobile . On 25.09.17 but now battery damage. Then i order new battery (IMEI no 911452000259003) in durgapur service center (W.B) in 4/10/17 but till now they can't give me. So i tell me this is bad service of intex . I can't take any product in intex..... Bad.. Bad... Very bad

last year i purchased aqua craze which was dead as per service center due to center motherboard would be change. which cost is 3000 rupees while phone cost was 5400 rupees what a strange. my contact no. is 8265856955.

Just some days after the purchase of Intex Aqua 5.1+ the touch pad stopped working. By the time that model had failed in the market and so the part replacement was also difficult. After giving it to the company for repair they just kept it with themselves for almost 3 weeks and after nagging 1000 times the sent it to the main service station in the 4th week inspite of promising to give it in 10 days. And whenever we called they would avoid giving us details and tell us it was in process. So the service was horrible and the people communicating with us were also very rude.

I've been using intex aqua 4g handset for 1 year and i am telling every one not to use this handset, its realy bad i cant even play a game properly. it says like google play ist responding all the time, its bullshit im not going to use this intex handset anymore.

My father gifted me a phone Intex aqua crystal. Within 2 month My phone got display problem. I went to Intex galaxy of vasai. But he replaced my phone from black to white and I except it because he return me phone after 3 month. After fighting 2 month.

Now after 2 month again my phone has same problem. Please tell me what should I do? And now I don't want any intex phone. Please refund my dad's money. My phone is in warranty. Please reply.

Lane, serampore, hooghly, Pin: 712201 vide bill no: 2513 dated 30.07.2018. MY IEMI No; 911416557656390 & 911416557656408. It is regret to say I am not receive the battery till now. Not only that proper response/status also has been not available from your service center. think, proper refreshing course is necessary for your staff. very worse experience. Competent authority are requested may please supply my battery within 8 (eight) days otherwise i will go to Consumer forum for my battery.
