I purchased three ceiling fans, three fresh air fans and a couple of complete tube light fittings 28 watt of your Havells Brand about six years back.

On opening the cartons of the ceiling fans I found there two cups in each carton i.e. total six cups in three cartons out of which four were broken. When complained your dealer said that I should have checked before taking the delivery of the fans, I realized my mistake and asked him to give me four cups and take the payment, to this he said that the company did not supply extra cups for sale.

Disappointingly I returned home and got the cups pasted with ARALDITE and M SEAL very carefully. Any way the ceiling fans, fresh air fans and all tube lights were installed. Now the blades and external fins, or whatever you call it, of two fresh air fans broke in small pieces and fell off and again your dealers failed to supply the same. You do not have any after sales service centre in Lucknow as stated by your dealers.

Further the tube lights holders on either side to hold the tube light are so brittle break and we do not get extra holders and similarly the electronic ballast also in the market. While trying to search these I was given a customer care number : 1800 103 1313. On talking to your customer care number I was told that the visiting charge of your representative will be Rs. 150/-.Anyway I requested the customer care personnel to register a complaint to which he did so and told me that I would be receiving a phone call, within 24 hours but weeks have passed but no phone called me on my phone number : 9335913526.

It will be kind of you if you could kindly guide me whether I will be able to procure the spare parts of your products or not and if so from where. I have visited two of your dealers in Lucknow , one near Naka Hindola Gurudwara and the other on Latouche Road (Gautam Budh Marg, Old R.T.O. Compound)

I have been fed up trying your product and using the Iron box that i have purchased. I have raised complaints on this for 7 times in span of 2 weeks. Just brought this Iron box from Girias, 2 months ago. They did servicing thrice and again they got me new Iron box now again thats not working.

Please repay my amount back. I have never seen such an useless product service in my life. After getting replaced with new Iron box and thats not working. Imagine the quality of your product. I just need my money back or will have to sue you guys

Dear Sir,

Its really disappointing that a trusted brand is having such damaged products. This summer in april, I bought a swing LX for my comfort, but in return i am fed up of it. I have also lodged complaints many times but no efforts are made by havells technicians.

The 1st product I bought was also SWING LX found damaged, so I got it exchanged for another one which again resulted in a harmstar, Just after 2days it showed its uselessness.

The quality of fans motor seems to be very annoying though i haven't got it repaired.'' Its wings do not move when switched on, they just produce sound''. Your poor damaged products are worthless and are only damaging the brand name.

Kindly return back my money or get it exchanged for a valuable product, My experience with havells is very disappointing regarding to 2 products . The product instead of comfort is giving lots of irritation and discomfort. Kindly return my money or I'll sue you guys.

Dear sir,
Your brand name is famous all over India, but the quality of your product needs much improvement. There is a cut throat competition in this era and keeping this point in your mind it makes it compulsory for you all to focus not only on manufacturing area rather you should not forget that consumer is the king of market.

Sorry to say but your after sales service is very poor. Your technicians do not answer to customers complains. My table fan for which earlier also i lodged complain again started troubling me a lot. Sir its my humble request please listen to the complain of customers and improve the after sales services.

This email is in regards to defective unit received twice from havells ,

Ticket no: gi082403
Ticket raised on 8th Sep-17
Ticket CSA name: ishu.

I received havells fresco-i air cooler faulty units twice, is this the production issue or is it the quality of the product being delivered to the customer by havells .

I purchased havells fresco-i air cooler on 10/03/2017 (bill attached below), which was received dead on arrival, imagine a fresh piece which got delivered was dead and even though no on was ready to replace this product, instead repair was the option given to me. This is like receiving a new mobile phone to which the phone is dead on arrival and you call customer service and they'll send an executive to repair the fresh dead piece.

Come on how can someone trust brand like this. with no proper customer support. After a week after so many debates on this replacement or repair to be provided for this, Store manager Mr. Hasan and another Technician guy Mr. Nitin , came along to replace this. Sorted.

After a month the new replaced unit went faulty as well, the cooler controller keyboard started malfunctioning or stopped sometimes. Majorly my younger brother got fainted with electric Shock which was leaking from the coolers back where honeycomb water flow is designed. Also, it throws water splashes from the air blower area.

The electrical current is flowing through the water, from honeycomb pad even if the water gets littered by cooler on floor that gets current as well,

The above said Ticket no: gi082403 was assigned on complaint 8th Sep-17.
The technician Mr. Ramesh yadav was too confused about the diagnostic situation and troubleshooting of the same. Finally, he concluded the sensor is defective and made a call to his Sr store manager who was shocked with the situation how the cooler sensor got defected.

He made claims is the sensor might have exposed to water. come on sir if this is a water cooler then we as a customer will put water in it for using it, Which was not understandable by the manager as this is a Water / Ice cooler product.

Its being 25 days by now the complaint was raised with above said ticket ID, and the technician guy came once and no further resolution/escalation is passed to repair/replace this product. Instead, I received fake misleading SMS that my issue has got resolved.

I made multiple call attempts to call customer-care -18001031313. To which every call picking agent told they'll resolve the issue and disconnected the call.

Now every time I call them they say parts are unavailable, If Parts are unavailable then why are you guys further manufacturing this unit in stores. It has proven as a mistake for me to purchase havells brand Instead of Cooler market Leader Symphony.

Kindly provide resolution for the same or replace this defective cooler unit which has (electrical current passing through its body, keypad not working, water throwing through the blower fan) issues as this has passed electrical shock to my family member, also it may be fatal for others nearby to it.

sir i am your regular customer and am not able to get good result this time because the water heater I bought has leakages. After complaining a man came to us opens it has took the rubber for replacement and have not arrived yet after 7 more complaints.

Told to not us it can get shock haven't properly closed the heater and we are suffering in extreme cold now a days. Hopefully you will understand the problems faced by me and family and needful action will be taken as lates.

Havells Water Pump Complaint No. GL 161798

All mails to [email protected] is bouncing back, how irresponsible.

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

This is to inform you about the equipment mentioned above. It is a new pump purchased in August 2017. The said pump is creating problems now and then, either it fails to start, if it starts it just runs without pumping water, and when it does run it produces lot of sound. Now it is leaking.

Above complaint was registered nearly a week ago, we are getting messages on a daily basis about arrival of a technician, every day the technician name changes and no one turns up.

I am perplexed as to how a prestigious company can overlook an important equipment.

Requesting you to please do the needful and replace the defective pump at the earliest. Hoping that I will not have to escalate this issue higher up or some place else.

I have purchased high speed Havells standard ceiling fan from Srihari Enterprises, Thane (w) one week before.The vendor assured to handover it is a high speed fan. But fan speed is remarkably very slow speed it is running. I have complained in customer care. He told that this much speed only fan is running because of its design factor. Our complaint call No.171014. Mr. Kalam khan was attended the fault and told that as earlier. Pls replace my ceiling fan from my home as soon as possible.

Right now I had good experience for Havells wall mounting fan which is running with high speed currently in my home.

i bought ( 08/04/2018) enticer ceiling fan from 1st day it gives irritating sound i complaint to coustomer care they sent technician declared the problem but after that no one come at my place i lodge 10-12 times complaint your customer care but no one come at my place and even not solve the fan problem i dont expecet this type of service from havells.

Dear Team,

On the onset, let me bring this to your notice that I bought an air cooler on 31 March 2018, and the product name is "Freddo I", hardly I had used for 2 Months and an issue with the water pump had started. On 22 May I called to your customer care to get it fix, a commitment has been given to me that within 24 to 48 hours my issue will get resolved and complaint number was HE223953. After making multiple calls on daily, finally a technician visited my home on 26 May without carrying a water pump, he had spent around 2 hours and said that a new water pump is required to fix this problem and we can get this from our head branch and gave a commitment that he will come again with water pump on next day. My issue was still in process and I got a message that my issue has been resolved, don't know who has decided that the problem has been resolved.

Again I made a call to customer care to find out why I did receive this message. then an apologise has been said to me and new complaint has been raised and the complaint number was HE265400 again a false commitment has been given to me that technician will visit very soon, on 29 May same technician revisited to my home carrying a local water pump which would cost 100 to 150 Rupees and the colour of that pump was white and black and by looking only one can realize that it is not a good quality and I could not find name "Havells" on it. I asked him to fix a quality water pump so that I could not face any problem with that, he said me that water pump has been issued by service department, so I got this, then I made call to customer department and customer care guy spoken to technician and finally technician said me he will visit on the next day with original water pump, like the same issue no one had visited my home and finally I remade call to customer care on 30 May and again same 24 hours to 48 hours time has been asked.

I am very disappointed with the service and requesting you to take back water cooler and give a refund or else maintain standards and solve my issue on high priority. I don't know why your company is so reluctant to provide service.

Havells is a very bad company and its service is even worse, I request every one to never buy its products. I bought a juicer grinder from havells which stopped working. I called the customer care phone number and they gave 48 hours to respond but now its been 10 days and no response. I have called them several times but they are not replying. I have a useless juicer grinder with me and no help from the company.

After several phone calls and email my under warranty ceiling fan Urban could not rectified by your company till date which was purchased In Octobrer/2017. And after lapse of 02 months your local dealer demanded for many for rectification otherwise not rectify.

Its very shocking that I purchased this fan at the cost of Approx Rs. 8500/- but lapse of more than 02 months could not rectified my under warranty fan.

Hello, I am constantly complaining through the toll free no 18001031313 since May, 2018 until today 10th September, 2018.

I am highly disappointed by the service provided by Havells, as in past 4+ months, technician hasn't visited my home even once. They are constantly posting false updates like, warranty card, bill is not available with customer. The truth is I have all documents available with me, but the service reps have NOT visited my place even once.

I had purchased a Havells Food Processor. While using a part got broken. With that broken part I visited many dealers in Noida and Greater Noida. They all suggested that only service center can provide parts not the dealer. I lodged a complain vide complain no HJ012704 on 01.10.2018 and received a message that Mr Dharmendar Singh of Bohra Enterprises has been allocated to call who will report in 24 - 48 hrs. After laps of time I have made several call to customer service center for further action, every time I just get consolation that we are re-forwarding your complain. It all goes to vain. They do not provide contact details of service provider so that we can contact them.

Its a pain full situation for customer, kindly resolve it fast please.

I have purchased Havells cooler one month before but the cooler worked only for 10 days and then stopped because of motor got burned.I have called to the technician and customer care also numerous times but none of them come with the exact issue.I purchased the cooler and since the date i purchased it may not working properly. Our Havells company cooler is in warranty period but they are not responding to our complain and extending days, we are giving complaints from last 20 days. Till now i haven't got a call from their service team, neither do i have any hope that they will come over. Every time care told me after 48 hours technician will come but one month is complete still not send any technician.

I really regret buying Havells product which in turn made me suffer in these hot summer days. I have talked with your customer care executive lots of times for service the cooler, but till date no one is visit as yet at my address. So please take a proper action and give some response otherwise i will take some other action.
