I have purchased a mattress on 26.06.2014 in Sree Foam Agencies, Rajahmundry, AP. Size 75X60X4 Coir mattresses. After one month the mattress depressed in center abnormally. i purchased kurl on berlin cot by paying advance 5000/-(total 18000/-)and delivery was promised in 3 days ,but was delivered on 10th day.and the balance amount was collected promptly, before assembly. but during assembly the pieces were mismatching ,so they left it half way saying they will get back next morning. as a result we are sleeping on floor for having opted for Kurlon cot.

I bought 2 FIRMWICH, FIRM SANDWICH mattresses on 08.03.2014 from Kumarmanglam, Shastri Nagar, Dehradun-248001. After six month or so on, the mattress depressed in centre. I bought kurlon mattress firmwich 72×36 on 14-6-14 from Jupiter furniture new gajuwaka Visakhapatnam from andhra Pradesh. it got damage that mattress have completely crushed. Very bad product. How can i get it replaced.

I purchased Kurl on Firmwich single bed matress on April 2014, after 4 to 5 months it got damaged and sacked in the middle area. I complaint in your Pune branch and after 2 months your executive visited our home for checking the mattress. But, he gave us the rubbish explanations and told us to use it some more months then we will replace it. This kurlon mattress is totally useless for us and we filed the complaint again and your another executive attended the complaint. Now, what gud news he is saying that we will get only 25% as a replacement amount because you have completed 1 year. However, your warranty card showing 2 years of warranty. Atlast, I only want to say you are cheating the customers and explain me the meaning of 2 year warranty.

I have purchased 2 No's mattress for Rs 11,926/- on 14/8/13, at A-Foam Palace, JN Road, Abids, Hyderabad, Telangana state. After six months the mattresses got depressed in centre. Sorry I have forgotten to complaint immediately in this regard. Now at least take care of the customer to compensate/replace the mattress immediately. I have purchased Kurl on Mattress (Klassic 75 + 70 +6 ") vide No. K3 on 5th March , 2015

I am facing following issues:
1. Till date, whenever I have slept for more than 5 hours on this mattress, I have always got up with severe backache .
2. Earlier i thought may be it will take some time for me to adjust as this is a brand new mattress.
3. I had to write this email again , as this is happening again and again , i m getting up with backache .

The pillows that were sent along with this mattress also are not comfortable at all. I have paid 22k for the mattress , but it seems its a waste of my money as this is not at all comfortable. I would therefore request you to kindly get it checked or replace at the earliest.

I had purchased 2 Pcs TEENSY Kurl-On mattress dated 11.07.2015 which is covered under 12 months warranty period. Now, after two months i witnessed black holes on a side of both the mattress. I talked to the Dealer (Golden Furnisher, Shimla) dated 17.09.2015. He suggested me to talk to the customer care. I called up Kurl-on customer care repeatedly but they did not respond. I am highly dissatisfied with the product. I therefore, request you to look into the matter at the earliest and provide me an appropriate solution.

Our mattress which was bought. 2 YRS BACK..IS FULLY compressed. It had nice width. But now it has become thin from middle and tapering towards both end. We are getting terrible back pain lying on it. Request u to see to it at the earliest and take immediate action.

I had contacted two times with the customer care by my mobile no. 8147198605 since last two months or more but there is not any positive response from your site till date. I had purchased kurl on due to its name if your response is like that then tell me what should i do, should i go to consumer forum against you or you should change the mattress. do something because if you cant satisfy the customer then no body can save your brand.

I have purchased a Kurl-On Mattress three months ago. Unfortunately it is depressed in the centre very badly. I have been trying to get the Mattress replaced since one month. It is not been done. Your customer care officials do not even pick the call and respond on time. It is so irritating and unpleasant task to enquire. Feel so disgusted. Kindly attend to the complain at your earliest. With reference to the subject complain no for delivery of over size mattress which been lodged 4 months ago, an executive from Malda- West Bengal visited my house 3 months ago and unfortunately i came to know last week that the executive who visited my house was basically TV technician who has submitted completely wrong feedback to your HO. I contacted couple of times to your customer care 1800-425-0404 and always i committed by your representative with fake commitments and last week one more offices Mr Slaim promised that he will look into it and reply me subsequent day but so far no response from him too.

Sagging was found in Kurl-On "CLASSIC" mattress. This mattress is well "within warranty".

I logged a service complaint, Reference Service Ticket ID -131367; Dtd. - 23rd April, '16 for Mattress sagging. Kurl-On Service engineer visited on 24th April,'16 for inspection and accepted a "product fault", ie., Sagging in Mattress. He raised the inspection report recommending "warranty replacement".

Sad to note that there has been "NO RESPONSE" from Kurl-On till today, 24th May,'16 (ie., In 30 days).
Every time I call customer care, I'm requested to wait for 48 hours for a resolution. this has been going on since the last 16 days, now. But, NO RESOLUTION.

I fail to understand the company policy, which lets the its customer suffer.

Request you to please respond back to the replacement claim raised by your service engineer.

I have purchased Kurlon Mattress on February . It got delivered with manufacturing defect. Coir quality is not good. Edges of coir came out of the outer cloth all over the mattress. We registered complaint twice and inspection has been done two time within this three months of time. I am following up this complaint calling kurlon customer service every alternate days. Whenever I call, they reply we will replace your mattress, but waiting for approval. It's been more than two months we registered last complaint. Until now they are not resolving my complaint. It's really annoying me to call Kurlon customer service every alternate days in working hours. Please take some necessary steps to resolve my issue.

I bought a single bed mattress on 19th November 2015. We hardly used the mattress and so we did remove the plastic cover. Last month when we tried to remove the cover we noticed that the outer cover cloth is torn and the sponge inside is seen. We raised a ticket (ticket ID 1357725) with Kurlon with regard to this on 23rd May. There was no response to it and so I called the customer care on 27th May.

On 28th May a technician came and checked the mattress and said the office will get back to me. But the company did not get back with the status. Today when I called the customer care they said that they would not be able to do anything for the mattress. In spite of giving Guarantee card the company is refusing to either replace the mattress or arrange for it to be repaired.

This is the worst customer support services I have ever experience. Everytime you call them they will given the same answer. As per them they don't have any control on anything neither they can connect us to somebody senior who is answerable.

My mattresses were recommended for replacement by their engineers 7 months back but i am still waiting for the replacement and everytime I contact them they give the same answer that please wait for one week and the same story is going on from last 7 month.

Can somebody please help me in getting their service head/MD or any other higher authority's details.

Two days back I purchased double bed mattresses but it is not matching my bed size. please get the same replaced. It will be a great support from your side.

I purchased kurlon Sofa from Manpuria Furniture mart from Ranchi (Jharkhand) on 16.08.2016. Now Sofa
has required repair under warranty period. Several time lodge complain please send carpenter in my house for repair, still 15 days already passed away no any one respond my complained .Please lodge my complain and send carpenter for repair sofa.

I bought a pair of Kurl-on Mattresses (Fantasy) and I raised a compliant for it's replacement second time in 6 years. As it is a regular complaint that the sides tend to sog and the mattress due to its sub standard quality keeps getting this problem. To top it all i raised a complaint in "April 2015" for its replacement (complaint no "TN - 82222")and since then i have been following-up and there is no customer support to the complaint.

This is my last resort I am trying before going for a legal complaint. I am writing this to bring the pathetic state of customer service being provided by the company.

Look forward for a speedy resolution.

Hi, i have raised a complaint with complaint NO - 1443841.
This is regarding the mattress SAGGING. Your engineer visited and examined mattress, he took the photographs of the damaged mattress. Your engineer told me that the mattress is gone down more than 1.5 inch. Recommended kurl on to replace the mattress. After that i have followed up with customer care many time. I have got different answers from customer care executives like "it is APPROVED ". SERVER PROBLEM.

I need my mattress to be replaced since it is damaged and engineer VARMA CONTACT NUM :9030430727 visited home suggested for replacement.

I have purchased a Angelica Model mattresses Size 72X78X8 on 14.11.2015 from Foam House, Ambikapur Chhattisgarh, Approx after 6 month the mattress depressed in center and left side abnormally. Hence I reported it to the customer care Number 18004250404 on 30.08.2016 and complaint No. given 1534606 by the customer care. But even after till to date no one can inspect or contact to me, then i have call approximataly 50 time on customer care number but they always says u can wait for 3-4 days, my mattresses is still in under warrenty with legel approved bill So can i go to consumer forum and file a case against kurlon? i dont want to go legal so kindly arrange a teacnician and repair or change my mattresses as soon as possible.

I am waiting for the replacement. The email on your site does not work. My email has bounced. Your helpline number 18004250404 is a waste of energy. I have called two or three times and received an assurance that the matter will be resolved within two or three days.

Now, if the matter is not resolved within 4 days, I shall consider that you are just wasting my time and will then proceed further as I deem fit.

I purchased mattress from Decora furniture, Jamnagar, Gujarat. Purchase date is 30.07.2012 . Before 2016, I complained to Decora several times about spring dislocation, but no response.I logged a service complaint, Reference Service Ticket ID -1345107; Dtd. -15th May, '16 for Mattress spring dislocation issue. My old complain closed by Kurlon saying that mobile was switch off before inspection tech visit. I again submitted new complain ticket no 2302922. Hope prompt response will be given this time else my warranty period will be lapsed. I fail to understand the company policy, which lets the its customer suffer.

I have purchased kurlon mattress on 6 nov 2015. With in a week the stitching came out from the sides n after month it drepressed fron yhe centre. I complained at the Nagpal trading co Amritsar from where i purchased it but they did nt hear us nd asked us to call u. We have tried so many times to contact u bt im vain. Now we doubt u sell duplicate or low quality products. Warranty is of 5 yrs. Bt no one.is ready to tk it back

We have raised a complaint for the mattresses which has a problem of sagged springs in Angelica 6" mattresses . We have been trying to reach the customer service from last 1 month. Someone visited our place and suggested that our mattress can be replaced with a new one on 60% cost for the new one. We were informed that we will receive a call for the dealer details etc, which we never got from last. 1 month. Is there anything that you can do to help.

Else we will buy a new mattress from a better brand.

I have purchased kurlon DRC-250 mattress on 20th Nov 2016 in jayachandran textiles . First one week itis normal after that we both feel the back pain and we avoided to sleep on bed. Back pain slowly reduced, then I found there is a sagging issue in middle of the bed. It is slowly going inside..

Any one please suggest for the issue.

I raised complaint number - 2437196 with Kurl-On regarding mattress sagging on April 25th 2017. Very next day Jeeves representative visited my residence and took measurements and informed that sagging is almost 1.8mm and replacement will be processed within few days. For last 3.5 months on following up with Kurl-On I was being times and again told that replacement is under approval process and concerned department will do it is some days. I was asked for invoice copies and after 2 months told that their system has an issue due to which replacement department cannot view the invoice so I should email the invoice copy again. In last week of July on asking to escalate this issue one floor supervisor ensured that replacement will be initiated in some days hearing which I was finally relieved. But after waiting for 10+days when I called Kurl-On customer care today (i.e. 8th August 2017) they informed me that my complaint has been closed and replacement request rejected because sagging is less than 1.5 mm. I was totally shocked that for last 3 months I was repeatedly told that sagging is more than 1.5mm so mattress will be replaced and today they have closed my request with incorrect/false reason.

I was told to have new request raised and site visit done once again to take my issue forward to which I raised objection and asked them to check why the request was closed on false pretext. This is totally unethical and harassment to customers. This needs to be reported/checked and corrected to avoid brand damage.

Kurl on relish is very bad product n company too never go for this its better to buy simply foam mattress that ll b reasonable n at least they give you 5 -7 years warranty.

But kurl on us very bad after sale services dont even listen customer. Simply answered by customer care we cant help you and first you see warranty card pic this the way how they talk n entertain customer. Very bad experience never ever recommend to any one

My complaint number detail is 3004374,3004375... very disappointed with services the hell they provide n company too.
