I got a new jio sim and used the free 4G service but after 6 days now my sim was not working. No calls and internet only no service will be provided my 2G data pack was finished after that my was also not working. Plz help me to restart my sim.

I have LYF mobile phone and jio sim but my number is still not working as there is no network. I purchased the phone ten days back but till now it has not been active.

Reliance jio offer of free internet or 3 months is not true. I have taken a new sim a week ago, the data pack worked nicely till yesterday. Since then i am unable to connect to the net. So beware... if you are getting the sim free you should take it other wise dont waste money on it.

Number was activated on 1/9/2016 but no outgoing call running, no Internet data running only incoming call received and if i call any number it says your balance is over and asks to recharge. My no 7016437225.

Whenever i signup my jio account, the link which the company sends to me is shown expired in 24 hours but the link is sent only 2 to 3 hours earlier, i am not able to verify me account.

I am writing from Vijayawada, Andhra pradesh-520004. I have bought FLAME 2 device 45 days ago. From 5th september I have been facing Network Issues. Jio not giving good service after using 2GB data my service was deactivated. They tell us unlimited data browsing and downloading for three month but working my free service was close no call and no net works. Please help me.

My number too is not activated, i got this no. 2 weeks back. Customer care is not responding to my complaints. Looks like Jio is only busy acquiring new customers, they dont care about people who have already bought the sim but their number has not been started.

Taken lyf mobile from hs18 online but sim not given my imi no.911500900172104 and 911500900172112.

I made tele verification from my alternative number but in my phone in which I insert jio sim there are no network bars. I tried calling customer care from alternate number but after 30 mins call was not attended by any customer care member. please tell me what to do?

I bought a jio router with sim no 7014982512 on 7 th of this month its activated by 10 th i used only 3-4 hours now its not working by 10th of this month its showing u have exhausted your limit pls resolve this problem i went to reliance digital store where i bought they told me that cant do anything and tried many on 18008901977 nobody is responding.

I went to take JIO sim on 7th September 2016 at Reliance Digital in dwarka sec 10, New Delhi. The Store open at 10 am and there is a big que for JIO sim after standing 1 hour in the que the reliance officials confirmed that the sim will be alloted in October 2016 and today they are providing only tokens to everyone. A big company like Reliance should make the assessment before launching the scheme, when the scheme is like this, they should assessed properly.
