My Den cable network thru Set top box is not working and Security problem 11 is being displayed on top of screen. I had contacted cable operator several times for NO result. Please help me.

I contact so many times, line is not working customer care number I payed 3000 rs still problem is not solved 10 working very bad experience. I don't recommend any buddy take den cable or WiFi this is my personal suggestion.

Horrible service by den cable, not receiving any channel from several days. Customer service is nonexistent, they just promise to resolve it but nothing has happened.

I am using den cable from 2014 Apr to present. starting to 4/5 month all channel were available but after then automatically 10/15 channel out, what is the problem??? Please help me return to that's channel.

The cable operators are exploiting us, they never give a continuous service, that is why in our society we are planning to disconnect the service and planning to adopt an another service, its very horrible.

We are continuously getting security problem 11 from our set top box and are unable to watch any channel. We have already complained about it but it has not been rectified till now. This is bad service from the cable company.

I am continuously following your cable operator from last 6 days, till date he has not given the connection to me. your service is very pooor.

I would like to inform that I tried ur customers care number not connected last 15 days. I face this problem very service provider den boom ur not resolved my complain. I escalate the matter next level facebook and social media sites ur very very pathetic service providers.

There are technical problem occur daily. And customer service center also not take complaint properly. This problem occur 2 or 3 times in a day. Very bad service.

I am Den customer located at Trivandrum (Manvila). I am not getting news channel Times Now for the last 7 days. Repeated requests to local operator did not materialise in any result. I doubt there is some intentional sabotage. Pl do the needful.

We regularly pay the monthly cable amount to the cable operator but no signal from last month the message appears like "Please call Customer Services to subscribe to this channel. (4)" message appears. I called so many time to Local cable operator he is not responding from last month. So Now I am decided to Shift from DEN cable to DTH. I request u please change the Cable operator his cable name is V.G. Cable Network otherwise u will lose all the customers in future in this area. Thank u & Best Wishes for DEN cable before I am Shifting to DTH.

I am used den set top box. It's not worked properly. Mostly important channels are missing. These show network problem why. I decide to change it.

error no show 120, cable operator told that main office hd cable is also down, some work is going on. Worst service by Den cable, advance payment given to them. thakurli east maharastra.

There are technical problem daily. Cable operator also not take complaint properly. This problem every month 2 or 3 times in a month. Very bad service. Anyone help me (DEN cable is Good But cable operator Not sporting).

It is a pathetic situation that inspite of having a good network of Den cable one gets horribly sucked up by the local cable operator. They are so careless and unprofessional that they r ruining the name of den. Now its high time that den should check his local cable operator or it will be too late.

I have 5 connection of den cable in all , I paid always on time for these connection, but the agent always disconnect 3 connection out of 5. When I asked him reason he said some problem in payment register so it will be solve shortly. Every time I called him for any trouble but he does not pick call. Latest I repaired a den cable set top box but after paying charges it is remain same. When I told him he said your box is in good condition, currently he stopped all english & sports channel I asked him and he told me soon will activate.

Finally there is very poor and unsatisfactory services at all , if there is any person who is looking about den cable's image, please do needful.

My cable operator Ginni cable ph 9350346567 stops any channel and demands more money to start is again. When I talk to him on phone he threatens me to completely stop my network and will not allow anyone else to provide me cable services he has not been showing many channels and has been charging full money from me. Recently he stopped epic channel and now is demanding extra money to restore the channel can the Den authorities do anything to such cable operators.

Plz give me the contact number of DEN trivandrum, I just even contact ur 24×7 customer care number but they don't know even about Kerala and its capital city trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram).

Its being a long time since we are using the services of Den. From this year your services have been proved to be the worst, always network issues are there which have not being addressed properly by the local service provider. Even also prices has been increased in my area of D-6 Sector 6 Rohini, New Delhi, which were already been higher in comparison to that which has been charged by your service providers in Pitampura and other areas. I mean why this price discrimination has been in practice by your service providers. This is purely unethical, unprofessional and untolerable. I want these issues to be resolved seriously also on behalf of other consumers. Otherwise I wont hesitate to take this matter further to higher authorities.

I am using Den Cable network from last 7 years,After digitization of network, I got the set top box from Service Area Provider, but from last 6 months the service of den and service area provider consultant goint to be worse day by day. In every 10-15 days few channels does not work most of the time English Channels, when i call to service area provider they didn't pick the phone 8 out of 20 times, but when they came for monthly payment they told me the service will be start today, after calling again and again they told again and again issue will be resolve in 1 hour, 1 day,2 day and sunday they told we can't do anything in sunday. Many times i called to your customer care when my cable netword got down they told me we didn't get payment from your side that's why your service is stop. But This is going to be very bad condition day by day and from last 1 month english channel service is stop, and before 15 days service will start for 10-15 minutes and agains goes down with voice cracking.

I am paying 300 monthly but i have seen on den network site top package is 280. Also i asked to other neighbors and found they are facing the same problem. Now i am fed up and going to be switched to another network. I will just wait 1 week more for this service, if it will be resolved then will think about it to going forward with the same network. One more thing if the service is stop for 10 days then why they are asking to pay full payment.Now this is the time to move some other network. Good bye

Cable operator is not fixing my problems. He just says he will do that. my problem is channels are written on screen not subscribed while I have done the payment. i am from Bihar, muzaffarpur, Bela road swapnalok colony, near kailash vivah bhavan.

I called den customer care number for a new connection. Den customer care kept on giving me different numbers to contact. Finally I was provided with the below mentioned number 9987546555.

When I called up this guy, again he said that I need to call someone else. By this time I had lost my patience . I asked him how many different people do I need to call. You will be surprised to know what he said.

He said EK KAAM KARO PHONE RAKHO AUR AAS PAAS KOI AUR CONNECTION LE LO.

I want some action to be taken against the guy. If in the very beginning I am getting this kind of service I wonder what will happen later.

I am a subscriber from Kochi, Kerala through your franchisee Netvision. Mine is a HD connection. For the last 10 days there is no voice for the MN+ channel (949). Despite several complaints to them this complaint has not been addressed so far. I am told that it is an issue with DEN itself. Please attend to this problem immediately.
