I am not at all satisfied with your product a washing machine. i have purchased it on 15/02/2010. In guarantee period the drum was damaged and drum has been replaced. From the time of purchase it has troubled us a lot i have spent more money on repairing it then the cost of product for every 2- 3 months it gives us trouble. Recently we have replaced P.C.B, suspensors, pressure switch and they took 4300 (four thousand three hundred from us) now the complaint is pcb is in repair drum has been damaged, improper current supply. I am fed up with this repairs all this repairs are due to manufacture defects. So i request you to please exchange my washing machine. Hoping you will soon understand my problem and you will solve it without any troubles Thank you.

My videocon 2DH was connected on 08 Feb2016. But i am unable to see picture clearly. It is completely hazy & with snow effect.I also paid Rs 30 for the English news which has Not yet commenced.Since last five days NO Hindi movie or news can be viewed except DD news, Repeated call to your toll free no & compliant is of no avail, perforce i had to escalate the matter. I purchased Videocon refrigerator DC 190L VZ205PTDR-FDA on 17/03/2015 vide inoice DR-8377 through CSD Sadar Bazar Delhi Cantt. The REF got defective in less than ONE year despite FIVE year warranty. The problems are as follows from 08/03/2016 .

1 There is no cooling effect at all.
2 The compressor is getting overheated.

Replace the defective compressor at the earliest with NEW ONE.It is very bad & sad image of the reputed company.How i can believe ahead!!!!!!

I bought Kelvinator FA Washing Machine and applied for Warranty extension online. Amount was deducted twice but warranty not booked. Called customer care they gave one Mr.Vivekanand of Hyderabad office. Spoke to him and send mail. Reminders 3 times but till date my Rs4000/- stuck up with pathetic response from company. Hope they will refund money.

Videocon is giving a pathetic service to his customers. While selecting the service provider from videocon side why u guys don't check that whether they are capable to provide the service or not??

I purchased Videocon refrigerator, model no. VAL233 / 2010. On same we face the cooling problem. I called your service provider Arshi service on date 4/4/16, which is situated office in sanpada, navi mumbai - 400705.

Guy come from service center and changed two parts from freeze. He take that parts with him and said i will get the some refund from videocon. After all this still issue didn't resolved. then after calling 3-4 times, visiting 2 more guys. Finally my complain resolved.

Total Amount paid: 3320 Rs
Bill on my father name Jadavji K Chandra.

Now last week again i face the same problem. I called three time to Arshi for service. Everytime they committee for service and they don't provide service. They are asking for service charge which i am Ok with it. But still they are not sending the guy for service. It's a really pathetic when you get the product of videocon and you get the service like this.

My replaced part is still in warranty. After giving money also i am requesting you to take some action and plssss do the needful.

Dear sir, Since purchase of LED i am facing problem of speaker. Two times service centre mechanic has come but still speaker was not changed in my LED.I have purchased my Led on 8th july 2016. so I think i have chosen a very wrong company.

I have registered complaint on 9th Aug 2016 Evening (compliant number 1608B092224) but the technician has not contacted or visited us in past 5 days. We are contacting customer care number daily and are getting the same response " The technician will visit you today".

Please take this up on Priority as any delay can cause further technical issue in TV.

TV screen issue : right side screen is clear but the left half of screen is blur with white lines.

Sorry to say but i am very disappointed that i chose to buy Videocon TV from "Vijay Sales" .Now i dont trust the brand Videocon or Vijay Sales.

I had raised complaint on 9th August and surprisingly the issue is not fixed for the entire month of Aug. What is more surprising is the kind of response or rather "no response" from your Team.

We have contacted almost 10 people now and have called them every day. We have contacted the customer support team, service center team, technical assistance team, Vijay Sales officials, Anil Pande (Manager at Sion Vijay Sales +91 9167833039) but what we get in return is the technician will visit you shortly (which happens after 10 days i.e. 18th August).

When we finally get to see the technician he confirms that the Display screen is faulty and needs to be repaired. We got call next day that since you are under extended warrantly( after 1 yr u need to pay the visiting charges and transport charges) you need to pay Rs 1250 + transportation charges for display. The technician comes without display screen on 20th August and states that until and unless you pay Rs 1250 , the complaint will not be registered in system and we cannot request for the display screen. Hence we paid the requested amount to the technician.

One week later, we were informed that they are unable to find replacement for our screen ( TV was bought Last year - March 2015). After repeated calls, they informed us that since there are not able to find the replacement for our screen, they will be replacing our TV. The date confirmed for providing new TV was 31st August.

We called them on 31st August they informed us that is it still under discussion with Management and it will be finalized by today 12pm i..e 1st Sep.

Now today when we called them, we got the response that Anil Pandey is on leave today. We are trying to contact him over phone but there is no response/phone was cut stating wrong number.

Please get this sorted out as soon as possible to avoid any legal complaint against VIJAY SALES and VIDEOCON.

Dear Team,

We purchase branded electronics for comfort and peace of mind thinking it’s been designed and tested by expert engineers for better user satisfaction. But Videocon proved consumer expectations to be wrong by continuing delivery of faulty product to consumers.

I have purchased 2 A/c’s with Model code- VSD55, and used at two different flats. One is for regular use and other was sparingly used.

Suddenly one of the A/C stopped working with Error Code E6, which is very well noted on user manual. Error code recorded in user Manual clearly suggest the error is common and frequency of such codes are high. My query is, if brand engineers have noticed such frequent repetitions of this error why are steps not taken to rectify the product, instead of end user approaching you post facing the difficulties.

As this A/c was sparingly used I faced this code after expiry of warranty. Also the error in not due to usage nor forms a part of normal wear and tear, if my observation is correct then it’s definitely a product failure and should be rectified with no extra cost to user as its noticed from the time of manufacturing and noted in Manual.

Not only product but also service I experienced is pathetic.

My complain number THA2208161033 was registered on 22 Aug , but nobody turned back or contacted me for attending the complaint. After waiting for two days I contacted your Engineer(as per contact number received on SMS) and was surprised to notice he was not aware on my complain been allocated to him, but after several explanation he agreed to attend the complaint today ie: 25th Aug at 10 Am. As its working day I had requested him to abide with timings as I have to attend office after he finishes his job. Today I called him at 10 am to understand his location and had to explain all things what I narrated yesterday as he forget todays appointment, but on REQUEST he agreed to visit my location by 11.15 and he turned up only at 11:45 Am and explained reasons for delay.

My query is why should a consumer do such coordination even after paying for brand product, and what is brands responsibilities in closing registered complain. Believe me such service and quality will force consumers to prefer local products where customers are mentally prepared for poor OR no service at least we save money what Brands take away from us.

Overall I have experienced poor product and service, and expect to get things attended and rectified without any further hassle or escalation.

I have a 230 L D/Door fridge from Videocon. it has low cooling problem. A person had visited to your home and replaced the timer and bimetalic thermostat for the charge of 2400.00. The fridge has reduced cooling after four days. i had called the person to check the problem and i had given an new complaint also. it is unfortunate that videocon complaint mechanism could not open a old complaint as not resolved but i need to register a new complaint. the same person visited again after so many follow ups and told there is loose connection and rectified. but after 4 days it again got low cooling and for past 10 days every alternate day we are calling the person and he had not turned out. on Saturday (19th Nov. he visited to our home and told that there is more problem in the defrost unit and a senior person will visit to our home. on 20th i received a call from Mr. Santhosh kumar that he will visit at 6.00 PM. but ever after the confirmed time he had not turned up and there is no response from him for your phone calls.

What i assume is that Videocon does not care for their customers and does not want repeated customers instead one time customer.

You know one thing guys that you are providing one of the worst service for your customers as compare by other companies. Bloody f*****g service person came to my house for refrigerator issue and without watching the product he directly saying the blood fucking deculuous words like, you have to change the gas and its cost 1800/ and after finishing that he is asking for service charge of 300 for just visiting.

It clearly says in law that if a customer agree to have a part change for his or her product and willing to give all the money for his product then there is no need to provide any fucking service charge to any bastard , but why they are collecting , and not with a good mannas bloody talking with us in a rude behavior that we are like a fools.

If you are really want to improve your customer service then stop such kind of silly things and add a well qualified technician for your organization.

My LED TV VJU40FH under warranty. Complaint with 022-39404040 on 10.3.17. Complaint No.1003170356. Reminding every day. CC gave service centre no and asked me to liaise with them. From 10.3.17 to 17.3.17 I have made more than 50 calls to various people in service centre including Supervisor, Area Manager and Branch Manager. Till today problem not resolved.

Customers are taken to ransom, as Lackadaisical attitude and irresponsible behaviour have plagued in the system. Customercare numbers can never be reached. Customer care has become a meahanised service to only "forward" the complains. No monitoring, no feed back, no latest information available with them. In Service Centre, even Senior staff are either not reachable or don't respond to the calls. No feed back to the customer regarding delay in attending complaint. False promises and assurances are given.

I lost the benefit of service from 10.3.17 till date (and till the problem is resolved), despite being on warranty. In addition I am paying for the lost days by way of cable charges. Leave alone the time, efforts and financial loss incurred to liaise with various departments of the Videocon, for which I shall file a separate compensation claim.
