Flipkart is burning your fingers. I have ordered a Gade Collapsible Stainless Steel Wardrobe but have instead got a shoerack. Very strange indeed. All templates appear when you are searching for registering a complaint.

My order No. is OD405938074966037000 dated Friday May 6th and received something else which I haven't ordered on 10th May 20. All telephone lines are not amenable to redress. Hii, I purchase Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus gold worth Rs 8499/- against order id OD205937619362631000,
but i received damage stock its software and touch properly is not working, when i request for return so flipkart rejected my request. i humbly request to flipkart plz return this item or back my money. i will never shopping with you, coz your site is totally fake.

I buy a Philips SPA150/94 Laptop/Desktop Speaker in flipkart on 21 January and i got a defective piece. I complaint to flipkart customer service at same day and after a long struggle i got a replacement of new speaker on 28th Jan order no OD305020465206837000. After replacement this speakers also having same issue. I really worried about and faced so many problems on this. I having a doubt it is a branded one or local made. i totally frustrated after purchasing this speakers. Please take your genuine speakers and refund my amount.

When your courier partner delivered my product your product outer package is not tampered in delivery time and when I am open the box internal box are empty then I am very shocked. please solve my problem, why your not understand my problem.

Pathetic experience with Flipkart / dumb and stupid customer care staff, who doesn't know how to even speak in English / I am following it with Flipkart since a week - but always got a response - wait for 24 hrs. I think the Bosses should learn from other e-commerce website, how to do business. They just sit in their homes counting money but doesn't even care to look for the customer satisfaction.

I have order 2 motion sensor for Play station 3 costing 4980 Rs in total. But Flipkart has sent me used and old product and when I raised the return and refund request for the same. They collected only one and refunded only the half amount 2490 Rs. Since one week I am doing follow up with Flipkart customer care and everytime they make false promised that someone will come to come to pick it in next 24 hrs but till today no one came. I am really disappointed with Flipkart services, I have got so many incident Ids from every cust. care executive but not the solution.

Your services were been great but now I am really very very upset & unsatisfied with your service. As I am feeling cheated as I purchased a product which is Le eco 1s. I found 3 big problems with ur product..

1.Badly Heating issue at an unacceptable level.
2.Call fluctuations is big issue.
3.Battery backup is so poor.

All the above problems are unacceptable. As you know 'money don't grow on trees'. I work by heart and soul to earn some money. I can not let my money go by that easy way. When I purchased ur product I Got a smile from ur side and when I raised return request I am facing an insulting procedure from ur side. Is that fair???

Can you ppl tell me what is my mistake ???
1.Is it a mistake that I have been a genuine customer of yours.
2.Is it a mistake that I always recommended ur service to my known.
Or is it my mistake that I got a lower performing product.

I can see it clearly that you ppl dont know how to treat a customer. I am shocked, cheated n unsatisfied. I am requesting you to Return this product so that the relationship between me & flipkart is not affected. If you ppl will not provide a proper solution to my problem in that case.

1. I will take this issue to Consumer Court as its total violation of my consumer rights which is given to me by constitution of India. As consulted to my Lawyer regarding this. I will definitely take this matter to Court n fight till last.
2. I will raise this issue not Social Media at a very large scale.
3. I am never ever going to recommend ur service to anyone who is my known.

I will never return towards flipkart if you will not solve my request ASAP.

So at last I will request very humbly to you pls return this product as its below the merit. Don't lose a customer like me.

i ordered le 1s back cover gold case on 28april and received today when i came back to home and open the packing found that it looks like old piece. Lot of scratches and etc.. Let me inform you and your team i ordered for brand new pieces not old one.

Return this with new. NOT OLD when i paid for new how can you people dispatch old one.

THE COMPLAINT RAISED WITH CUSTOMER CARE ON 28/05/16 AT 09.00PM TILL THIS TIME NO UPDATE ON THE COMPLANT. THIS HOW FLIPKART TAKES CARE OF CUSTOMERS. IT MORE THEN 52HOURS.

First the deadline of returning your faulty product (Le Eco 1s mobile phone) was 29th of may. Then you made it 30th of may and now you made it to 2nd of june!!!

What a crap is going on??? Why your engineer is not visiting my place to take this product return back??? Everytime I am calling to ur customer support team, they are increasing my deadline to solve my problem. Why is it so???

At product delivery time you ppl are so quick but when its matter of returning of a problematic product you ppl are just so irresponsible.

We received damaged AC on 26/5/16 and paid online on 22/5/16. We found that Flipkart is playing with their customer if they don't have any control with their suppliers then why they are doing online business. They are delaying for using customers money. If the customer not satisfy with your service that means you are cheater. I am in Dubai and ordered online gift to my father on his birthday but it is became headache for me. Hope Flipkart will take the action soon in this concern.

I purchased an apple iphone 6S flip cover the item supplied is a too small size flip cover which is not usable for my mobile phone. I made a complaint and they send a same size black colour cover which is not serving my purpose because the size is small. I try to returned the product but no body is coming for collecting the product. What is to be done now? I have contacted several time over phone no use they always say within 24 hrs people will come and collect it. I now feel it is a time buying tactics and after some days they may claim it is too late to take back. Kindly advice what to do? I want the refund for the product.

I am Sarfaraz and we had purchased a Haier washing machine under the following details. Order ID: OD404329270006578000. Product: Haier HW55-1010 5.5 kg Fully Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine purchased in the month on October 2016.

Pls note the machine stopped working after since February, we have logged several complaints with Haier customer care team.

There has been only 1 visit on the month of March and the person who visited from local Vellore office came, checked the machine and told a spare part needs to be changed and asked us to raise a new complaint.

After that we had at least logged the complaint with Haier customer care toll free number 5 times and have chased hailer local - Vellore office at least 25 times. They keep promising us that they will send the guy to get the machine repaired but no one has come ever after march visit.

I want to ask you once very serious question. Do you guys know how hard is it to shell out 20,000rs and buy a washing machine. Do you know the value of hard earned money we shell out to buy a washing machine from Flipkart. I have been purchasing goods online since last 5 years and have never every encountered such a bad, worst customer response.

You guys do not have the value of money, time and effort which goes on to washing the clothes by hands if the machine is not working. I am really very much fed up of all the activities which is happening for repairing this one washing machine.

If you do not resolve this issue within the next 3 days, pls be sure that I will raise the complaint in the highest level in your company and if it doesn't works out I will go to consumer court to convey my order.

Working in govt. Sector in gazetted rank, I am regular buyer on flipkart.com. I have bought recently one android phone of Swipe elite Note against Order ID OD406048902864048000 for Rs.7999 dt.19.5.16 and delivered on 23.5.2016 at Adra, West Bengal. Invoice Date 19/5/16. Tax Invoice #FOCL9DEL17-10509.
Unfortunate to mention that the set is defective one and not working at all. IMEI No. of Set is 911510100028824. I had to face much trouble with this set as I was on tour the very next day for a week and kept me away for any communication.

This is very unfortunate part of Flipkart to sell such a bad quality of products. I am no more interested in this set and brand also. Please accept the product and tell me how to send this one and give me another brand of set which I will suggest after hearing from you. Awaiting for an early reply.

I have purchased a lychee Bros LBPB 6000 solar power bank on 3 Rd of March..I haven't provided any warranty card with..now the power bank got damaged..can you imagine within 3 months it got damaged???I have paid 800 bucks for that...flipkart is a huge brand and if they sells fake products then we don't have any other options...I am a regular customer of flipkart but further I have to think twice before purchasing any product from flipkart.

Last year I came to know that my credit card, phone number and email address was misused on flipkat to purchase a Asus laptop and I contacted flipkat and credit card bank to help me out but both of them denied to help me out. Now I want to get the invoice under my name. The card used was under my name and I need the bill under my name to take the action against the one who misused my card. But flipkat team has denied to help me out. This is rediculas. I am asking the bill name to be changed to the name who's card was used.

I have ordered InFocus M680 on 8th June, 2016. I am not satisfied with the product quality. InFocus M680 having 13MP Rear & front camera. But the quality of images is not even of 5MP, I am not happy with the product quality.

Spending 8999/- on InFocus M680 is not a good deal. There are many more good options in the same range I would like to prefer Redmi Note 3 by spending 3000/- more rather of wasting 8999/- on InFocus M680.

Product is in unused, undamaged, factory conditions. Even the seal of the box is not broken with undetached tags and all accessories.

Mobile category comes under 10 Days Return Period after Delivery. Kindly arrange the return for the product.

I ordered Moto X-play phone on ur online portal. i received phone and observed seal was broken. when i opened box and observed some scratch on phone. it look like used phone. I created return requested many time by customer care but only return requested created only by customer care no one come to pick phone and return the amount. Always, customer care said phone will return tomorrow by 12.30. I received various mail which say that your recent refund/replacement request has been cancelled as we've noticed an increasingly high number of unwanted returns, some of which do not comply with our Returns Policy. i returned some product like cloths and miscellaneous item which was not fit to me and not described as per picture and features.

i packed phone for return and not using since received and i m not able to buy any new phone. i wasted lot of time to call to customer care for solve this problem. this is worst experience of online shopping with flipkart. i never expect from flip-kart.

now i requested to u that please create return requested my order which was pending with u since 15 to 30 days. so please refund the my amount in my account as earliest.
