Plz confirm to me I have booked tickets in ipl match which will be in kanpur 19/05/2016 my amount has deducted but not received any kind of confirmation message or mail. Please do the needful steps as soon as possible.

I am unsuccessfully trying to avail offer while booking tickets for a movie under Bookmyshow app for the last 3 days on my credit card. Please tell me how to get the same.
